Great for a first Stay !

Very happy about the place. Nice and clean, not noisy. Affordable. Staff and security helpful. Close to a big supermarket carrefour and gym (30m’walk 5min taxi Not so close to major places (30m) but thats how it works in Dubaï so cant complain

Never Stay Here Manager With Glasses is Hella Evil and Rude

Today my husband, sister and I arrived at this hotel at 6am on December 24th, 2024. We waited for hours to be checked in. The security guard was very nice enough to take us to a place in the building to wait until our room was ready. My husband went downstairs to the lobby area and he came back in the room where the security guard took us and said "The receptionist is hella rude and he has no hospitality for the guest." So I went downstairs and when I got to the lobby this guy with redish brown hair wearing these dorky glasses did not greet me just looked at me with an attitude. I asked him did he have a problem? He said no! I said you did not greet me as your guest, didn't say anything to me. I asked him if there were any rooms available because we got really tired of waiting. This guy with the glasses says there's nothing available until 3pm. I said to him "When you have guest you need to greet them with respect. You look like you don't want to be here and you have a nasty attitude on your face." He said is this something you want me to fix??? Now I'm upset. I advise people to never stay at this place. The hospitality from the front desk is aweful and not friendly. This guy really made me upset. I want to speak with his supervisor because he should not be working the front desk. He has a nasty attitude and he's hella rude. Never coming to this place again Ever.

Very lovely place to accommodate and clean and lovely with a good amount of activities to do and people to meet aswell, also very nice receptionist called Ted was assisting us the whole time Definitely will come again the next I am visiting the UAE

I recently stayed at You&Co Hotel for a few days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth, especially Fedor at the reception. It’s a good choice for both business and leisure travelers.
