Our stay at this hotel took place during an unusual time - winter, over the Christmas holidays. The weather was far from ideal, with stormy seas, piercing winds, and many attractions closed. Yet, Xanadu proved to be a place that can fill any gap, even those left by nature’s whims. The hotel staff deserves special recognition for going above and beyond to make up for the challenges caused by the adverse weather. The guest relations team and reception stood out from the very start, demonstrating incredible attention to detail and ensuring every guest felt taken care of with warmth and dedication. Despite closed pools and limited activities, the staff infused the hotel with life and warmth, creating an unforgettable experience. It’s the people here who make Xanadu a place you’ll always want to return to. A particular mention must go to the bar staff, especially Ruphin and Sinem, who redefine the standards of masterful service. Their creativity, courtesy, and natural charm transform every moment spent at the bar into an extraordinary experience. It’s not just about the drinks - it’s about crafting an atmosphere that captivates and delights. Every conversation and gesture reflects their unique approach to guests of all ages. And if you’re looking for relaxation for both body and soul, the Spa is an absolute must visit. There, I had the privilege of experiencing a deep therapeutic sports massage performed by Neriman. Enhanced with elements of manual therapy, this was more than just a treatment - it was a journey that brought relief, relaxation, and complete harmony. Neriman’s rare intuition and expertise allow her to perfectly tailor the massage to the guest’s needs. After just one session, I felt completely rejuvenated. It’s an experience that changes your perspective and one I’ll definitely return to. Xanadu is a place that inspires, even under less-than-ideal circumstances. Here, luxury doesn’t overwhelm but gently surrounds you, while professionalism, passion, and genuine warmth fill every day. Be careful on the water slides…

Food on first night disgusting left overs from diner. Rooms were dirty. I only realised on the last day. Fault in the one room with the lights. My daughter’s bra top was stolen. It was new with tags. It was in the room and we couldn’t find it. I thought maybe the cleaner had accidentally taken it with the bedding change. But no. It couldn’t be found. Which means it was obviously stolen. I was hurt bad on the 16+ water slide. It doesn’t state what you should wear. Be very careful. I tore bad. The lifeguards didn’t understand me. I tried to get help and couldn’t. The rooms needs a good scrub and wash. Oh and butter. You ask for butter and they say yes. But never get it or come back to you. You could be waiting as long as me. 20 mins. Light fitting was loose, I didn’t realise until the last day. I can’t upload a video to show. Only pictures. Never again with jet2.

Perfect hotel for a family holiday

Perfect family holiday We had a great half term holiday with children and grandchildren Lovely hotel with a great choice of food and drinks (Premium drinks) More than enough activities to keep the grandchildren occupied throughout the day and the evening entertainment was the best we have ever experienced in a hotel. We would definitely love to come back 😊

Wonderful luxury family hotel

Wonderful hotel, staff are amazing. Food is amongst the best we have had from 5 star hotels, but don't expect an English breakfast. Food allergies are well catered for. We were told if we wanted a gluten free menu we could request what we liked and it would be catered for, but we found enough food to be able to select gluten free without making requests. Slides are good, evening entertainment is excellent. Beach and pier just a 2 minute walk from hotel with plenty of watersports to choose from. You can also swim from the pier back to the beach Only downside which has been mentioned many times is the dated rooms. There isn't much outside the hotel without taking a bus or taxi but this didn't bother us as there was plenty to do around the hotel. Overall we would visit again

Fantastic hotel and holiday. Cannot recommend more highly. Food excellent, great variety and local dishes, drinks very good. Staff exceptionally polite, couteous and efficient. Entertainment remarkably high standard, eg salsa dancing evening and Halloween with thriller dancing etc. Grounds beautifully landscaped, clean, tidy, lovely place to be. Pier out to sea with bar at the end. Beach bar for lunch. We went at end of season, plenty of space and minimal queues. Kids loved football and air rifle shooting, karaoke 2 nights a week in irish bar enjoyed by all. 10 of us ages 9 to 83 on family holiday had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.
