Not high class as they say

The quality of the services, starting from reception desk to the food it was much lower than previous years. The air conditioned in the room didn't worked the whole vacation. Reception from day one to the end was like "I'm sorry sir but we are fully booked... etc etc". They didn't solve a thing asked. You pay a lot of money and get some bad quality of food, it was worse than any year before. Less chefs to cook instant variety of foods. To many pre prepared dishes.

We stayed here last year so a little late in writing this review. Our stay from the very beginning to the end was great. The view from our room on the top floor overlooking the Greek style architecture was stunning. Food and drink were really good, although if we had one complaint the al a carte restaurants being at the side of the buffet felt slightly packed in, and less of an experience. Service was great at this hotel, the staff although up against a language barrier at times could not do enough for you. Overall, although a little older than some other hotels in Antalya, this is still one of the best and definitely worthy of its 5 star rating.

The best holiday

We had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service and the buffet was great, the chefs have all the time great ideas. Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. Big hugs to Anastasia 🤗 The check in and out was very smooth. Wifi connectivity all over the resort, beach. Definitely I will come again.

A beautiful, intimate and quiet hotel. Service impeccable, cleaned daily and spotlessly. Minibar replenished daily. The food is very varied with an excellent barbeque. The entire staff is more than willing to help you no matter what. Mrs. Kaya Anastasia was very kind and attentive to us. Irreproachable hosting

I have been visiting Xanadu Belek since 2017 and it has become my home away from home. Despite changes in management over the years, this place never disappoints. The service here is consistently excellent, with kind and attentive staff who go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the food is simply outstanding—truly a feast for the senses. One of the highlights for me has always been the SPA. It’s one of the best I have ever experienced, offering a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation. The lush garden and serene pine woods surrounding the hotel feel like a slice of heaven on earth. This year, there were a couple of changes that I hope will be addressed. The new system no longer retains older records of frequent guests, which was a bit disappointing. I hope to resolve this issue during my stay. Additionally, the 24-hour rule discount for booking SPA treatments after check-in has been discontinued, which was a perk I really valued. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mrs. Anastasia for her exceptional service and Mrs Ayu and Deniz from the Spa. Despite these minor changes, Xanadu Belek remains a top destination for me, and I look forward to many more visits in the future.
