Jumana Bali Ungasan Resort sits 70 metres above Melasti Beach on the southern tip of Bali. Jumana Bali Ungasan Resort, managed by Hilton, is currently undergoing a refurbishment prior to its rebranding under one of Hilton luxury brands. The renovation is executed by areas. Main swimming pool, kids club, bar and Bamboo restaurant have been closed for renovation. Ju-Ma-Na restaurant with an open terrace remains open. The refurbishment is scheduled to be fully completed by the middle of 2023.

Our stay was unforgettable! The service was exceptional, and our splendid villa provided the perfect retreat. The staff (especially Ary) went above and beyond to make our 5-month-old daughter feel welcome, adding to our joy. We had an incredible time as a family and can't wait to return!

Exceptional Stay at LXR Bali Our time at LXR Bali was nothing short of amazing. Chef Eddie wowed us with incredible dishes, while Curator Richard added such depth to our experience with his thoughtful insights. Mathias from the front office was always warm and helpful, and Serpil, the GM, leads with such genuine care. A truly memorable stay — can’t wait to return!

This review will not be enough to talk about how amazing this Hilton LXR resort was. I will recommend over and over again, this resort, to anyone who wants to visit Bali. Located in Ungasan… this area is just STUNNING. If you stay at umana Bali, you can get into Uma beach club for free, and walk the beach, and there’s complimentary shuttles that will take you! The service exceeded my expectations, everyone is so kind, so trusting, and wants you to have the best time. They are so accommodating, even offering airport pick up and drop off (yes it’s a little pricey) but well worth it, and with a resort driver I can trust! As for the people who were so helpful and kind, and absolutely the best, we had our own curator, Richard, who even on his day off checked in on us, he was wonderful with making our reservations and making sure our needs were met. Shout out to the commune restaurant staff, Lofan and Eddie for making each meal and plate wonderful! The pad bar was perfect for cocktails, the girl with the short hair and arm tattoos makes amazing cocktails! At the mer lounge we did the Bali coffee tasting and Marcel was very knowledgeable! The coffee was perfect! The oliverra restaurant was beautiful, perfect date night, and the food was absolutely flavorful! I had a meal with crustacean foam, and I didn’t know I’d love it so much! At Uma beach club, the staff was amazing, shared with umana Bali, and do not skip the ceviche, i will dream of this ceviche until i return! The actual villa, was STUNNING. Pictures and videos don’t do this place justice, you’ll have to see for yourself but each villa comes with your own mini infinity pool and hot tub. Your room opens up right into the pool, there’s an outdoor shower, and it just seems so dreamy. A travelers dream into Bali! I highly recommend and will return! I love that it’s part of Hilton! We also came on the weekend that Nyepi (silent day) was and it was actually perfect. It was so relaxing to spend the day at the resort. And there was still non Hindu staff that took care of the resort and you, it was perfect!
