Tuntas Family Suites Kusadasi

Rooms are very basic. Kitchen is not great for cooking. Kettles don't switch off and get very hot. Plug in hot plate to cook on. Hotel is right beside Mosque so be prepared to be woken at sunrise with prayer calling. Pool is lovely but some broken tiles. Staff very quite except Daniel the entertainment guy. Very nice and kept us all entertained in the evenings with games and karaoke. Personally I would not stay here again.

The pool and bar and some staff where the best thing about this place the rooms where very bad, old depressing need 💯 to be renovated all old furniture, 1 out of 10 there is a hill on both sides of the appartments that if your old is not good or if you have a problem with your legs

Wow, where do I start, from landing at that hotel, motel, was the start of a awful stay....we arrived late, 1 guy working but his English wasn't good so had to find some food for my son, with no help. Firstly the toilet & room smelt of the sewer, had to ask for 2 days if my room was going to be cleaned, on the 3rd day it was cleaned after 4pm. When asked about the sewer smell, they put moth balls near the drain, however the smell never went, I had dettol on me so I made it bareable for me and my son to use, the showers were broken dirty, the floors in the room were dirty, the facilities are old and rusty. The fridge is dirty and disgusting, rooms were not cleaned only the beds were changed and made. The WI-FI worse ever, my child couldn't use it in the room so was in the lobby most evenings, the free breakfast in morning was terrible, chips in the morning?? Eggs were runny and awful tasting, air con is needed for free in all rooms, that should be included in the price, I got really bad heat rash!! The Staff were friendly but the Entertainer was awful, shouting at kids, leaving kids out of his games if he was challenged by a parent! Rude man Daniel, very rude. Imagine him buying 15/20 children and adults an ice cream but missing out two kids because he didn't like what their mums said to him when he addressed small young children instead of their parents, made children cry, not much of an entertainer!! My son banged his head and was given ice and there was no accident book so had to keep my own record!! Will NEVER stay there again, too basic, not worth £867 each!! The toilet brush was the worst thing I have seen!!

This place is horrendous. I would be writing for days with all the dreadful happenings!! Please avoid at all costs . Staff rude and unhelpful. Really dirty . Broken tiles in the pool , people needing stitches. Food is beyond disgusting. Awful place !

If you want an honest review please read... Reading the reviews it was so up and down and honestly we have been coming to turkey and kusadasi for over 20 years and usually stay at happy apart or palmin, which aren't big luxury usually around the same cost this time it was like £200 cheaper and has availability and we always understand that no where is perfect but when we arrived here we were thinking oh it's ok, rooms at big but wow the sofa bed is a joke, like a piece of cardboard, but we thought no come on give it a chance. the view from the sea rooms are so lovely it's just a shame the balcony is never cleaned ours always had sand covering it and we went to the beach once lol. So from the first day our room wasn't ready which is fine things happen but then to get our room 4 hours later and it not be properly cleaned is a joke was a rushed job. the pool was cloudy so cloudy that even the entertainer wouldn't get in it as he new something we didn't. the filter had broken and they'd not put the chemicals in that day but they tried to play it off as sun cream... come on now. We tried to speak to the jet2 rep what a waste of time. she was so rude and disinterested. as she has a women who had slipped and broken her leg at the pool due to it not being maintained properly and another girl who sliced her knee open on the missing tile on the floor of the pool which was covered with a mat and yet the hotel wouldn't take accountability.also a little boy got so sick from the pool he ended up in hospital the hotel couldn't of cared less. the pool was not maintained up to code i can tell you that much. we never ate there at night or breakfast but dinner whenever we did have it was wrong and slow but ok it does the job. Cheers bar at the end of the road is amazing for breakfast and dinner fyi if you don't want to eat here. then the room just got better and better. the shower head was smashed up and dirty, like the whole side missing so the water went everywhere flooding the bathroom everytime we asked them to change it it never happened. i ended up cleaning the bathroom which i have NEVER had to do in turkey or anywhere else bar southport pontins wow what a dump it is there too lol Then the kicker we had a leak from the room above !! we told them as we left to go out and sai we expect it fixed that night. fair play it was but wow they cemented whatever was leaking and left the bathroom a mess rubble everywhere whatever they'd used was all over the floor, and used our towel for the next day (they are only replaced every couple days. don't let them tell you different they hang them on the balcony to dry and fold them up like they are new...) then the cockroach friend appeared alive and kicking in our bathroom!!! disgusting that was an experience have to laugh or i would of cried. along with the worlds loudest fridge... the pool after the filter was fixed and the chemicals were done correctly was fine but wow it is over crowded quing for beds at 8am was a joke but they put them so close together its like sardines. Now we are a fun family who loved getting involved always chatting meeting people get involved with the games etc Daniel is a credit to that place he does a fantastic job that's the only reason for 1 star is him. hes stretched so thin poor guy no help and no money for supplies so the night time is laughable entertainment... bingo and karaoke which we watched 1 night and wow... but what else can he do. they use youtube for music which the most random songs are put on. there was apparently another guy helping but he left... no shock there. i understand if your paying £350 per person then its fine but its so below health standards and just general standards it should be closed. We have known of this hotel for many years and the owner has multiple villas and hotels which are 4/5 star and he has never spent a penny on this hotel in over 30 years unless he's made to by jet2 etc and you can tell. the star of the show was the pool toilets... pooh everywhere constantly we couldn't believe the amount of times we had to go to reception when we did use their pool that we had to tell the reception the toilet is covered in pooh from the guests!!! but noone checks or cleans them (we were told by reception it isn't them who check it it's the bar staff... who barely can speak english so hence why we go to reception) poo on the seats and wee all over the floors. and all the would do is get the hose and blast the toilets that is their "clean" kusadasi in itself has become a dump which is so sad trash everywhere you look, nothing is cleaned even 2022 when we were there there was no fags in the beach or rubbish filling the streets. we made the best of it but sadly we won't be back in general a lot of the beaches are government owned and free so it's now fag beach full of cig dimps and rubbish as it isn't manned or cleaned anymore. what did make our holiday was the restaurants blue notte, the kebab place at the end of the strip. and the centre! Mr Cooks it may be in a ally but wow what an amazing chef and the people are so wonderful who work there. the water park buggys and jeep safari always the best too. kept us busy and out of that dump. we knew this wouldn't be luxury it wasn't our main holiday we seen it was 1800 for 2 weeks thought what a great price and we love kusadasi(people were paying £1000 for 2 weeks and even those people were disgusted) so even less and it wasn't worth £800 and when a star got taken away from jet 2, we new wow this won't be great but we thought there will be a standard they have to keep... well no they don't and the owner won't change a thing because some of the people that holiday there don't care which is fine as they've got it so cheap but we all ended up with a stomach ache, ear infections or throat issues from the a/c which is shocking by the way ours has no fans all smashed off and the filters aren't cleaned we don't keep it on a night only in the day when we aren't in the room and it still didn't help because the maids don't clean properly i.e clean the floors or wipe the filters every week. All in all thank god for my amazing family we laughed at the hotel and made the very best of it all. Thanks to daniel who was great for games in the day. but kusadasi used to be so beautiful such a shame. ALSO THE HILL ISN'T EVEN THAT BAD i'd climb that hill every day and night to get out of there. Also happy apart across the way you can use their pool for free as long as you eat and drink. amazing vibes there wish we'd gotta a room available this review would have been very different. Everywhere you go in ladies beach and centre they know that hotel as disgusting too... this isn't news to the people of kusadasi.
