A sunny winter treat.

Really enjoyed a 10 night stay, weather was better than expected, the resort was quiet as it was in the winter season. Plenty of activities to take part in. Food was excellent with many choices. We generally sat at the same restaurant table where table service by Hatice was exemplary. The room we stayed in was luxurious, large, next to a lagoon (swimming pool) with direct access from the room and expertly serviced by Ozlem. Serkan (duty manager) and Ulas (public relations) spoke with us regularly (a good thing that lots of hotels could learn from) to make sure our stay was going well and enjoyable and to find out if there was any thing that we needed. Happy to report our stay was brilliant. Overall all the staff were cheerful, welcoming and very good at their jobs. I have no doubt that we will be going back to Magic Life Masmavi.

My wife and I travel quite a bit and, admittedly, we can be a little picky when it comes to hotels – we know what we like and we don’t settle easily. That said, this hotel completely exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. The hotel itself is stunning – every detail was clearly thought through with care and style. Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the food? Absolutely fantastic. Every meal we had, from breakfast to dinner, was fresh with loads of options. It’s rare we find a place that checks all our boxes, but this one absolutely did.

Lovely Family Holiday

We had a brilliant time at Masmavi, with a couple of minor tweaks it would have been 5* We were in the main building and our room was very spacious and comfortable with a seperate area for our son to sleep and a proper bed. (not sofa or camp bed). Food was always very tasty and lots to choose from. Only downside was we couldn’t find any food available one morning we woke up late at 11am. We had to wait till 12:30pm for the snack bar to open. We had the same again the day we left the resort. No food available from 5pm till 6:30pm. I’d recommend better instructions on using the TUI app as it was only due to asking at reception did I find out if you want to try and book the other restaurants on site you need to be ready at 7pm each night to try and book for the following 48hrs. This is when they refresh bookings so you need to be quick as they go instantly. I tried on numerous occasions to book a tennis court and archery via the app but could only get on the waiting list but to no avail. I’m putting this down to how busy it was but would have been nice to experience some of the activities. The swimming pools are freezing. Head to the spa, we found the only heated outdoor pool to be situated here but it got very busy for obvious reasons. On a complex this size maybe having a couple of heated outdoor pools would be beneficial. It was cold at night so we didn’t spend much time at the pool bar where the entertainment took place. If you want a seat inside go early to the Wunderbar. We spent most of our evenings in the Lobby bar which was a lot quieter and pleasant with a number of different board games or a pool table to use. Our son loved the football pitch and made many friends on this holiday which is what it’s all about 😊. We were all sad to leave and did thoroughly enjoy our stay here. All the staff work tirelessly to accommodate their guests.

As a family of 3 with our 10 year old daughter we had a fantastic weeks at this hotel. Nothing the hotel could do about the underwhelming weather, however everything else about our stay was first class. It’s a beautiful resort, landscaped creatively to blend into its environment. Clean facilities, friendly staff … plenty of food and drink options alongside a terrific program of inclusive activities. We done some mountain biking, zumba, spin, water aerobics, water bike spin … to name but a few. With so much to do onsite, the only trip we made was to Belek Market on the Saturday (€25 return on a taxi) … it is what it is. As it was quite cool in the evenings it made what would otherwise have been great entertainment a little less pleasant, however the Wunderbar and Lobby Bar both provided to be popular retreats. Great spots. Final comment must be on the super WiFi across the whole complex. I went for a run one morning around the inner perimeter of the site and the WiFi held throughout … including the beach. Next time, we must take advantage of the tennis courts which looked to be very popular.
