First off, the price stated is not the total price . We paid almost double ! We were told at check in that the credit card machine wasn’t working and we had to pay by cash using the ATM machine !! Which was more in DOP !! The unit , not clean. The mattress was only a few inches thick The fridge was right next to the bed. The bathroom taps/mirror was horrible so grosse !! We also had no water one morning The pool was always dirty . The dishes in the cupboards also not clean . The maid only comes every 2 days and won’t do the dishes You only get two towels. The blanket is literally a sheet The beach front as it states ?? Nope it’s a good 5-10 min walk And guess what, the day club you have to spend 10$ to sit in the lounge chairs or put a 75$ deposit to carry and chair and umbrella to the beach This was a terrible way to start our vacation, we spent three nights here and that was too long 🤦♀️ We were so happy to get to our all inclusive resort after this stay One positive note , the free breakfast at Kat’s corner is good , a few options it was delicious As were the other food they have there as well I recommend that restaurant Lastly , customer service on WhatsApp?? Oh ya nope they won’t answer you !!! Nothing still , a week later !! I had inquired as I was upset about the payment how much extra it was no reply Definitely do not recommend staying here !!!
