The best hotel and service ever

I was planning to celebrate my birthday in Mykonos but had never been there. I contacted Mary at the Tropicana Hotel, and my worries changed. She is phenomenal and helpful. There was nothing she couldn’t do and even went extra mile to ensure everything was well organized. We were a group of 13 people, and all my friends were very impressed with the level of service and attention to details of Mary, Helena, Claudia, Socrates and the whole Tropicana team. Honestly, I can easily say that this was the best hotel I have stayed in so far, not only for the facilities, the beauty of it but above all the service. You must try it yourself. Nothing that I can write here will express my gratitude for everyone who made our stay so pleasant. I just need to thank you guys once again for everything. This is my place to stay when I am in Mykonos. See you soon. Christian

The rooms, service & views are all absolutely exceptional. Staff are really friendly, accommodating & made our hen do trip one to remember! Best place to stay on the island. Hotel has cars to take you up & around/contact via WhatsApp, super efficient.

Hen Party - had the most fantastic time, staff were amazing friendly and helpful nothing that they wouldn’t do to help us. We were extremely lucky to get our rooms upgraded, which were out of this world !! Cleaned twice a day. Although already spotless !! Very safe with cars to drive u up and down cliff/hill - just call or WhatsApp reception always there within 5 mins. Quite frankly couldn’t recommend highly enough - wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island!!!

This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The staff is simply incredible—they go above and beyond to make your vacation unforgettable. The breakfasts were out of this world, and the rooftop restaurant with the infinity pool is a true gem. Everything in the hotel is top-notch: it's incredibly clean, beautifully designed, of the highest quality, and luxurious in every detail. I will definitely be returning to this hotel multiple times. Huge thanks to the staff for their amazing care and for making the vacation so special.

The best holiday ever! We spent a week at this beautiful suite at Tropicana, and from the moment we arrived, I was fascinated. We booked a suite with a private swimming pool and sea view as well. Absolutely picturesque! Luxury, sparkling clean and amazing service . The hotel also two massive infinity pools. The beach is very close to the suites, about 3 minutes walking distance, but they also offer transport if you wish. Beach parties start at 16.30 and the atmosphere it's great! For a little special touch, make sure you order the breakfast floating basket to your room.🥰 Mykonos is not the cheapest destination, but everything was worth it.
