Titanic Mardan Palace is an exceptional 5-star luxury hotel that provided us with an unforgettable 7-day holiday (November 25 - December 1). From the stunning architecture to the outstanding service, every aspect of our stay was perfect. The buffet meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—were remarkable in both variety and quality. A special mention goes to Mr. Ümit, who managed the vast restaurant with the precision of a maestro, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. We also want to express our gratitude to Mr. Mehmet Güzel for his charm and outstanding service, which made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. At the Bosphorus Restaurant, Miss Sezin greeted us with a warm and cheerful smile every single visit, adding a personal touch that made us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable, with a minibar that was replenished daily. For us, the most important aspect of any hotel stay is to feel at home, and Rana from the entertainment team ensured this with her energy, friendliness, and contagious smile. She truly added extra joy and excitement to our holiday. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, including heated indoor and outdoor pools. During our stay, we enjoyed the heated pool but also took advantage of the still-warm sea for a refreshing swim. The spa area was another highlight, offering a sauna, steam sauna, Turkish Bath, and more—perfect for relaxation. The hotel’s luxurious lobby, with its elegant design and numerous seating areas, added to the overall ambiance. The beach bar was still open during our stay, and we appreciated the opportunity to enjoy it. Titanic Mardan Palace combines world-class hospitality, impeccable service, and outstanding amenities. We can’t wait to return during the summer to experience it all again. Highly recommended!

Well just wow! This hotel exceeded all expectations. We went for our honeymoon and the hotel gave us the honeymoon concept for no extra charge. This meant that we got an upgraded room with flowers and heart balloons which made it so special. We also got a free al la carte we chose the fish restaurant which was incredible. Upon arrival we was sat down with a class of champagne which made check in flawless. The hotel its self is a marvel so unique, grand and just stunning. In the lobby bar is in the most beautiful surroundings with a fantastic terrace outside that overlooks the pool. The service was just impeccable with a wide selection of premium spirits, the cocktail menu is extensive and all served in lovely glass wear appropriate glass wear for each cocktail. The coffees was also beautiful. The lobby bar is open 24 hours a day. The cakes at the patisserie was out of this world. The lounge bar is excellent if you like sports and they show various games and will change the channel. The entertainment from 21:00 is in the lounge we saw the Docters tribute when we was there and they was amazing. Even though it was the winter concept the beach bar was open, the sunbeds also still out on the beach. We ate down here some days and the food was excellent. They also have a dj on 16:00-17:00 The spa was the best ever and we went every day. The indoor pool was huge and hardly anyone in it.they have some really hot saunas, steam room, tiled beds and seats. Also lots of areas to relax. We had a honeymoon massage for €400 euro with a hamman, scrub, Swedish massage each, our own private jucuzzi and sauna we loved this so much. My only disappointment was I loved it so much that I went to have a lymphatic drainage massage the following day which was excellent and when I was sitting with a Turkish tea after. A woman asked if I wanted a free skin analysis to which I said no as I’ve been having treatments at home. She put a lot of pressure on and said it will only take a minute. I thought I will just have it then I can enjoy my relaxing time. Before I knew it I was in a room having my face vacuumed by a machine (no consultation or questions asked before hand) I explained I had just had a chemical peel at home but there was a language barrier. After she had done my face was uneven so I had to pay €100 to have the other side done. This really ruined my experience of the spa and I had been looking forward to going again before I left for a hot stone massage but after this decided not too. The girls that do the massages are incredible and would recommend but would be wary of the slick sales pitch with the facials. Food wise it was first class. The buffet is I. Lovely surroundings with excellent choice. On our last day the outdoor area always open to eat outside which was lovely. The marden bistro is open 24 hours a day and is al la carte. The food is excellent here especially the spicy pasta and the salmon pizza. We also had a traditional Turkish breakfast platter here. The orange juice is the nicest ever and freshly squeezed. We was also able to communicate with an assistant via WhatsApp which was amazing and so helpful! Our assistant went above and beyond for us and we was so grateful and impressed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be booking again.

Stayed at beginning of October for our 30th wedding anniversary and my husbands big birthday 🥳 We were very well looked after by the amazing staff who are a real asset to this hotel…special thanks to Mehmet Guzel who really looked after us …was kind,funny and efficient ⭐️ Food glorious food in buffet,a la carte,snacks and patisseries…so much choice😋 All branded drinks in bars and fabulous cocktails 🍹 Would we return here?…yes yes yes…wish we were still there!! We are here for the second time and we really enjoyed every single minute in the hotel I thank the staff so much for their support and service specially from guest assistance Ikbel akin , Gonul ciftci and ali niass for their help . We will be back again with my 2 kids .

This hotel has exceeded our expectation with this. It’s outstanding service, warm hospitality and friendly staff . Every detail was fully handled, making our state comfortable and enjoyable shout out to Sabrina who was very helpful to us. She is an asset to this place . Thanks for everything. We will definitely be back.
