The Village Coconut Island is perfectly located just 500 m off of the East Coast of Phuket so the sights and sounds of the Paradise Island are only ever a short boat ride away. Our Water Taxi Service operates between The Villa Laem Hin Lagoon Resort and and Coconut Island, meaning you have all the facilities of a tropical boutique resort to enjoy before and after your transfers to and from the island. The island is easily accessible 24 hours a day, however at times of extreme low tides and severe weather conditions, services to and from the island may be suspended for a short while. Please do note however, this is not a frequent occurrence, and nearly all transfers will go ahead as planned. Transfers will depart the island and the mainland every 30 minutes allowing you to easily journey back and forth at your leisure. Please do note that pre-booking of casual transfers is recommended to avoid disappointment at busy times. For all arrivals round the clock please head the the Island Transfers reception at The Villa Leam Hin Lagoon Resort where a representative of the hotel will meet you and begin the check-in process. All inclusive package

My partner and I stayed for four nights with the all inclusive package, the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and kind. The restaurants were nice with a good range of food and drink options, they have lots of buffet nights as well. We had a lot of issues with house keeping which let down our trip a fair bit. On our second day we hung the sign on our door in the morning for the room to be cleaned. No one ever came and I had to request twice for someone to come and clean the room at about 5pm. The following day (sheets are supposed to be changed on the third day) our sheets were never changed. The sheets we had on the bed had dried blood stains and hard crusty stuff (it had been there since the first day and none of the stains were from us but we hadnt wanted to complain) I then had to message and request for the sheets to be changed whilst we were at dinner that night. We came back from dinner and no one had been and I messaged again asking why our sheets still had not been changed and they said that our DND light was on (we did not use that light for the entire stay so this was inaccurate) and when I told them it wasnt they said they would make it a priority the following day, which we were going to be checking out. We had room service rubbish and food left in the room for days as house keeping would not remove it. We also had room service wake us up at 1:30am to give us water and when we told them they had the wrong room they attempted to come in. We did not order anything and were woken up in the middle of the night with no apology. The pools are super nice! They can get busy, there was one day we could not get any lounges so get down there early! Sometimes it was difficult to get table services and we were getting up to order things. Multiple occasions we had drinks be forgotten and not ordered. The all inclusive packaged was very good we thought, plenty of drink options and the food available was yummy, you also get a decent discount if you wish to eat outside of the package. The private spa we had at the room need a little pool net as it gets tons of bugs in there and you can see directly to your neighbours spa so not very private but still super nice! Overall the stay was relaxing and we had good food and and drinks! Just some major issues with the cleaning of rooms and house keeping in general!

Great resort just off the mainland so very private. Boats to the island easy to arrange all the staff friendly and helpful. The room and facilities were excellent we had a 2 bedroom villa with a pool. Food quality and choices were great Service was excellent especially from Minny she was fantastic. Thank you, we would definitely recommend and return.

I only had the best experience while staying at this resort. Food was gastronomical, cocktails delicious, atmosphere just amazing. People kind and helpful. The only regret I have that we didn’t bring our kids to show them this paradise. I want to return there so bad

Coconut island has a lot to offer but is lacking in a lot of ways also. Food was expensive, service in the restaurants was poor, made mistakes each time regarding dietary restrictions. I ordered off the vegetarian menu yet my food came with chicken! Had to flag down people to ask when food would be arriving after waiting for over 25 minutes. Room wasn't cleaned as stated. There was no snorkelling offered like website stated. But on a positive note, the reception staff, reception area, water taxi service was all superb. Pools were good though music at the adult pool was very loud and often not very good. Beds around pools and on beach were very good. There was always availability.

Lovely hotel, poor rooms.

The resort is lovely, great bar, pool and restaurants. Great cocktails. The rooms are NOT five star. Three at best. We were in a pool room, the pool was filthy, the aircon was useless and noisy and the doors didn’t close properly. This was a refurbished room. It looked lovely, but these issues were not ideal. so we requested to move and paid for an upgrade to a beachfront villa (after much confusion on cost, availability and timing). The new villa is very large, clean and superficially lovely, the pool is large and clean. The view of the sea is fantastic and the villa is gorgeous to look at from the outside. But again. Our aircon barely works, keeps us awake with the noise, the beds, whilst comfy, are those where if your partner moves you go flying, and there are large openings in the doors that not only allows in bug after bug after bug, but makes the aircon situation worse and means you hear every outdoor noise. The volume of bugs we woke up to has really got me down after a poor nights sleep. The gym and gardens are lovely and the staff do a great job of cleaning the beach of the rubbish that washed up from Phuket. We wanted a luxury holiday. This isn’t it.
