The Surin is in an excellent location with high levels of service. All the staff were extremely helpful. All the rooms are spacious with all the facilities you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Family members who used the Spa were also impressed

Bittersweet Experience but more sweet– 102 Beach Deluxe Suites 2,785 Euro a night +tax during Christmas season Our stay at The Surin was bittersweet. This was our first time visiting Surin, as we typically spend the holidays in the Maldives. Hoping for a new experience, we decided to give Surin a chance. Unfortunately, it didn’t fully live up to our expectations. We arrived on the night of Monday, December 23rd, and our friends arrived early on the 24th. When we inquired about Christmas dinner reservations, we were told that our concierge, Gigi, had texted our friend about it, but she did not reply, and no space was available. However, neither my husband nor I—who were on a separate reservation—were contacted directly. Upon arrival, Gigi was very pleasant and even added us on WhatsApp. However, after the dinner reservation issue, where I asked her to add a table for us, she had the manager call us. It seemed Gigi changed her version of the story, as the manager insisted we were informed, which was untrue. Thankfully, our friends managed to book a table through another concierge, and we enjoyed a lovely Christmas dinner,When I tried to thank Gigi afterward, I discovered she had blocked my number. Nobody was reassign as our concierge to assist us. This lack of follow-up Don’t give the vibes of 5 star hotels Fortunately, we have a friend who is a GM at another hotel, and they helped us secure restaurants and tour bookings. Sadly, we didn’t use The Surin’s concierge services for the remainder of our stay. Good luck if you encounter any issues during your visit—you may find yourself without support. Pool Area: The pool area is spacious, with plenty of beach beds and easy access to the water. Beach: The beach is stunning—semi-private and shared with Amanpuri. The clear sand and California-like waves make it one of the best beaches in Phuket. Room: We stayed in Room 102, a Beach Deluxe Suite. It was not just a simple room; is one of their best Rooms it was incredibly spacious, bed was kinda hard ,featuring two closets, a sofabed, and three sliding doors, like I mention before we travel with friends so it was great for the kids our friends Would we come back? Probably yes because we can move around easily and the location is amazing and the rest of the hotel stuff are wonderful
