Very pleasant stay!

Had a very pleasant stay Strabon! Convenient location off the main street. The front desk and kitchen and cleaning staff were very friendly. Ricardo was exceptional!!! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a boutique hotel!

Amazing boutique hotel experience in La Veleta

An amazing boutique hotel in La Veleta region. Close to the main street with many food options (taco trucks, fine dining, and everything in between) nearby. About 15-20 minute walk to Tulum Centro. The interior of the hotel is beautiful with a stunning courtyard and lounge pool surrounded by lush jungle foliage all around you. Free continental breakfast is provided daily along with a daily rotating drink choice from a drink dispenser by the kitchen. Nails the Tulum vibe without being too pretentious and at a great price too. Rooms are spacious, clean, and we'll kept. Water is hot and wifi is consistently available. Ricardo at the front desk was amazing and so helpful. Thank you Ricardo for making our stay great!

Oasis of high-quality

Ricardo greeted us at the hotel and was immediately very warm, calm and well-informed. We were able to check in one hour early - everything was ready. He straight away told us upon request about all the different cenotes and knew all the pertinent details by heart. He also recommended food places that hit the spot. Upon leaving he recommended things for out next destination. The hotel itself is new and beautifully constructed of high-quality materials. It is minimal and a total oasis. The double room is large - plenty of space for three people. The continental breakfast is just right. The cook cuts the fruit very lovingly and it makes for a great presentation. The hotel is located in a new barrio called La Velata, which is a haven for air bnbs and restaurants and boutiques- safe to walk around at night. Highly recommended!

Stopover in Tulum at Strabon

Friendly greeting from Ricardo when we arrived to this beautiful boutique hotel! We really lucked out here. Peaceful vibe, clean room and good price for the night. Breakfast was a La carte and was just what we needed to start our day. We came on an ATV. The road in is currently quite bumpy but was expected and we managed just fine! Thanks for a great stay!!

Worst service ever

Had an issue with the toilet. Was plugged. Asked 2 times and they never sent someone. When I went to ask another time the guy said please wait a minute and started washing dishes from breakfast while I was waiting and didn’t care. Said I can go use the bathroom by the pool if I needed
