It’s taken me a bit to write this as life has been busy with family and other things, but I couldn’t let the opportunity pass to share our experience. Fher was absolutely exceptional every time we dined. He was consistently polite, friendly, and welcoming. His positive attitude and attention to detail made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, and his service stood out during our entire trip. I highly recommend FHER PEDROZA—his professionalism and warmth truly enhanced our experience in Mexico.

This is home away from home. First time all inclusive trip which is definitely a plus. Our villa service by Lilia was awesome. Very helpful, above and beyond service! As a whole, great experience for all. Activities, Thomas Moore excursions, restaurants and variety of foods available. Staff always welcoming, helpful.

4 star stay with 5 star elements

The Royal Resorts Royal Sands is where we stayed. The place has elements of being 5 star but is a little bit older and needs better food and entertainment, so it comes in as a 4 star. I will start with the food. Be prepared to wait for your food, an average dinner was 2 hours for the 4 of us so they take their time. The food overall was a 4. You will find a couple of places that are good for dinner but overall the food was a 4. We ate at the buffet most times for breakfast and lunch or ordered to the pool or beach. The ability to do that was a 5 the food was a 4. Getting a reservation is a challenge as restaurants are closed or not open for a day, sometimes you find this out day of when you confirm. The room was nice, it has a nice outside space with awesome views but is a bit older the maids do a 5 star job cleaning it. There is not much to do after 9/10 pm so this is not a party spot. More for relaxing and spending time with your family or friends. People, they are really helpful in the general population of the hotel but when something needs to be changed that staff can help. . Others like Charly, Zairy, Ali, Carla, Omar and Walter are the reason why i would come back. They make your stay 5 star. Ali was our concierge and she was great, lots going on , Charly(Carlos) makes that place tick with activities. He is always pulling people in always smiling, joking and looks for you, so he can say hello good morning. This was worth the trip and we would do it again. The pic is our view everyday!!!

Great vacation

Our family of seven had a great experience at the Royal Sands. Breakfast and lunch were very good. We ate poolside everyday and had tacos, quesadillas and burgers Dinners were ok. Hacienda Sisal was excellent. Our poolside waiter Moises Pacheco was excellent. We enjoyed our vacation. We would go back.

The Royal Sands best Concierge ALI

We just returned from a one week stay at The Royal Sands in Cancun and I can’t say enough good things about our concierge, Ali. She reached out the day before our arrival and was able to make dinner reservations for our first night and arranged for 5 out of 7 wonderful meals. She even got us a spa appointment quickly. Ali made our trip memorable. Will miss her next year when we return to our home base at Royal Cancun. If you can request a concierge …..get Ali. You will be pleased.
