Great holiday

The hotel is perfect for a fun packed holiday. Plenty for children to do and a variety of food choices that suits everyone's appetite. The rooms and hotel generally are very well maintained and kept to a high standard of cleanliness. We've booked in for 10 days and I feel it was enough to enjoy, relax and create great memories.

Checkin was so smooth and easy and very professional, then the gentleman he directed us to gestation where they were so professional explaining all hotel facilities and treating us like we are visiting their own home with warm, welcome and excitement, but No matter how fancy the place is and how good the food, The experience will be made by how professional and high caliber the staff is, I was very surprised with Mr. Oğuzhan , Where he was like a magician, coming up with solutions, and whatever small issues you encounter, and was also very surprised with the professional level of miss Reyan and Miss Haye, and especially Mr.Sergen where he has the best handshake and welcome ever, The facilities and food was more than amazing, of course I gained weight, even other stuff in other facilities, like food and beverage, Mr.Halil and miss Berivan where she was always smiling and welcoming us and joking with the kids in a nice way, is the theme park, the lady was entertaining kids when there is a big queue and playing with them as if they are her little brothers, I would like to thank especially miss Layla Musagy , Even the dolphin show they made it very special. The clowns did great job entertaining kids, we almost purchased pictures at each and every game we played. It was so nice..

Room cleaned daily 👌staff are very helpful an polite the gym also good and the guy was friendly and there to help every department did there job and made my stay easier and fun therefore I’d defo come again ************^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
