As a 5* hotel managed by AccorHotels, we had expected a lot from it, but there were some contrasts. The hotel seems a bit older than the photos on website, however, it has its the top ten location. Firstly, Reception counter was unexpectedly tricky to be found. Check in process was perfect. Danyu ( if i name correctly) at reception was outstanding. She is superb professional. Riva Bar and the staffs there were great. Love seeing Kuta Beach panoramic view and sunset 🌅 from there. Breakfast at main restaurant was delicious, variety of options, Asian, europian and balinese style meals. My personal fondest spot was Coffee Corner, really appreciate for getting free access of it. Free cold-hot water,coffee, tea and cold juice. Additionally, cookies made my days perfect. Unfortunately, the room #256 next to ours was quite annoying. Every 10 - 15 minutes you can clearly hear them slamming their door. It's hard to fall asleep. That was the only issue we encountered during our stay. All things considered, we received a great service from all staffs and had fun times in Bali. Appreciate it!
