worst hotel ever. pool dirty , bath room dirt . mosquito infested. ac turns off itself n never been serviced so not cold. would stay here even free. truly horrible. customer ask me to ask agent for refund but it says non refundable not replying to msg staff totally unhelpful. could sleep at all toral nightmares

For me overall is good. Location nice. Villa comfortable. Clean. And all the staff are good and very helpful. specially for me, this villa is affordable price. Me and my wife are very enjoyed to stay with this villa. thank you .

Thank you for The Kanjeng Suite & Villa Seminyak for prepared my honeymoon with well. I stay 7 nights in this villa and I enjoyed. All the staff are friendly and helpful. New Renovation villa. Good Job.

VERY BAD KANJENG VILLAS

Do not book with these Villas or this company. The Villas and Suites are in very, very poor condition. The furniture was dirty and worn out. The bathrooms were disgusting with mould and filthy shower screen. The gardens were full of peeling paint and overgrown. The kitchen was not hygienic and there is no way I would cook food in it. No refund offered just an argument to contact the call centre. This company should not be able to advertise on reputable booking platforms.

Horrible - in major disrepair and wouldn't refund

This place is definitely NOT 4 star. It is 1 star at most. The photos they use must be 20 years old. The whole venue is in major disrepair. In my room, the celing fan didn't work, timbers were rotting, the furniture was falling apart and dirty, there was still rubbish from a previous guest in the room, no toilet paper, dirty and not full pool, the doors that were supposed to open onto the pool were bolted shut with blocks of wood, there were ants....and the list goes on. I left in 1 hour as I couldn't stay there and they are refusing to refund me my full stay, despite the local manager admitting the issues with the place. Don't stay here.
