The Grand Bali Nusa Dua Resort

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Was very chilled. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, especially Joseva at reception. She was first class and always had a lovely smile. Our bedroom was large and spotless. Would recommend this hotel to anyone . A shuttle bus takes you to its only private beach.

April 9th to 23rd. What a holiday. From start to finish we could not ask for a better time. The hotel was amazing, really big rooms with a huge bed, plenty of closet space and a large bathroom with a lovely big bath and a walk in shower that was perfect to step into and cool off from the heat and humidity of the day. The rooms circle the pool area which is just perfect. Twin pools on either side of a tree lined walkway that leads to the restaurant. The pool has a shallow end but even the deep end is only chest high for me at 5ft 10 inches. It was perfect temperature all day through and available to use from 7am until 8pm. The restaurant was excellent and we can honestly say there was not one meal that we didn’t thoroughly enjoy. Menu prices if you are paying separately for food is also very reasonable. Definitely recommend eating there. The staff all through the hotel were truly superb, we could not fault any of them. They were all so happy and always ready to help. Anyone thinking of a trip to Bali I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at The Grand Bali Nusa Dua and honestly, it was a really nice experience. The hotel has a peaceful vibe not too crowded like some of the bigger resorts in Nusa Dua, which makes it great for relaxing. If I had to mention something, maybe some of the furniture and room interiors could use a bit of an update to feel more modern. But other than that, I was really happy with my stay here.

We have just spent the most amazing 10 days at this brilliant hotel! From our arrival it was perfect greeted by the friendliest receptionist and the reception staff are brilliant! So happy and welcoming everytime you pass them always checking you are okay and saying hello! The staff are so lovely and cannot do enough for you, they speak brilliant English and are on hand at any time! The food is excellent a good selection for breakfast and we ate a number of times in the restaurant (the waitress and waiters here are AMAZING). There was a great selection of Balinese, Indonesian and English food! Lots to choose from! The pool staff are brilliant so friendly and helpful! We had a massage at the spa and what an experience this was! Highly recommend this! We loved our first one that much we had a second on our last day! The area is really good! You can walk into Nusa Dua and see the collection shopping centre. We did multiple trips from this hotel and had a fab time on each one! All were well priced and the tour guides were amazing! We had the BEST time and really didn’t want to leave! We have fallen in love with Bali and their culture! The kindest and happiest people you will ever meet! Thankyou for an amazing stay! We hope to return in the future!
