My parents, who are senior citizens, had gone there on a pleasure trip and Mohamad shanir there was of great help there! They spoke of how he politely guided them around and also made them feel welcome in a new city! Thanks! Great experience overall!

Great service - eye for detail - a complete unique prestige experience. Rooms, club lounge and restaurants are impeccable. The concierge on the ground always gave a great customer service experience The interpersonal interaction by the cleaning and waiting staff at the pool really presented what quality should be

Loved our Stay at Taj JLT

I visited Dubai in the 3rd week of March & we stayed at Taj, JLT for 6 nights. Our stay was extremely pleasant and made memorable by all the staff & members. From the concierge (who happily collected our packages while we were out), to the wait people outside (who helped us grab cabs instantly) - the travel desk (which provided information on various things to do), the reception staff (who accomodated our request for the room of our preference) - the housekeeping members, the staff at the dining room - each person added to our visit being extremely comfortable. Special mention to Apoorva (she was always available for every small need even before our trip started) & Dipeka (for catering to every ask my children had during our breakfast visits). Thank you to the entire team! Would love to visit again :)

Taj JLT at Dubai is a wonderful hotel with great amenities. Their housekeeping team (especially cleaning person Moksh), room service team (always take care of my special requests), and the staff at Taj Shamiana has been excellent and always take care that I am feeling convenient here. The security staff at gate are always ready to help and calls the taxi for me everyday. It has been really a very pleasant stay here at Taj, which I prefer to stay for my every visit to Dubai.
