We had a truly wonderful stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Maldives, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. We would especially like to highlight Chef Ashish Kumar, who played a big role in making our visit so memorable. He went above and beyond to prepare a wide range of Jain and vegetarian dishes, each one carefully crafted and absolutely delicious. His dedication, attention to detail, and genuine interaction with guests stood out. He made sure we were comfortable at all times and personally ensured that our dining preferences were met, which added a special touch to our stay. We would also like to appreciate bartender Reshma for creating some exceptional cocktails—each one was unique and perfectly made, enhancing our overall experience. A big thank you as well to Niushad, Sana, and Shahjhan for their attentive service and warm hospitality throughout our visit. Their efforts truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. The level of hospitality at Taj Maldives is remarkable, and we cherished every moment spent there. Chef Ashish’s culinary expertise and warmth were the highlight of our trip.
