Hotel charges a Resort Fee of 12 USD per room per night. It is payable upon arrival. Sanchez designed the 1.2 acre property with a modern Mayan aesthetic that celebrates the regions Mayan heritage. At TAGO, guests will immerse themselves in nature and relaxation, with the opportunity to reconnect with themselves and their family. TAGO Suites TAGO Hotel® Tulum features 20 luxurious next-generation suites: four oceanfront with balconies, four with sea views - two with jungle patios and two overlooking the sea, 12 garden views - six jungle-side with private access to the beach and six overlooking the garden. All suites have private plunge pools, and patio suites have private access to the beach and butler service. The suites feature a subdued palate, architectural and interior design by Rennata Chain, lightening and illumination by Juan Carlos Martinez . TAGO Amenities Special suite amenities for all guests include butler service, an aromatherapy menu, pillow menu, 24-hour in-room dining, and in-room massage. TAGO hotel guests have the following on-site amenities included: breakfast, complete gym and wellness center with sauna and hot tub, a holistic center for yoga and meditation. Romantic luxurious Tulum getaway

My husband and I spent our first wedding anniversary at this romantic, boutique, luxury hotel right on the beach in Tulum. Every person (Andrea, Mateo, Rodrigo, Marco, Miguel, Lulu, and more) made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and the space actually makes you want to relax and spend time in the room, on the porch with a private pool in a hammock chair, take a short walk to the beach (and a mini cenote pool) with easy-to-access and available cabanas and chairs to enjoy great food and drink. Everyone is kind and attentive, and we felt comfortable and relaxed, and would recommend anyone stay here for a laid-back getaway.

Anniversary trip to beautiful Tago Tulum

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and everyone working here made us feel so special. The hotel is beautiful and right on the beach surrounded by the jungle! Miguel, Mateo, Mercedes, Carlos, Andrea, Emmanuel, Rodrigo, and everyone else was fantastic. The food was really tasty and they offered a few vegan options as well. It is easy to catch buses or cabs from here into town for an easy trip. Highly recommend!

Awful first room/unsympathetic management

Initially we were put in a second floor west-side room that seemed ok. After dinner we returned to find “mood music” and just figured it was part of the turn down service. Boy were we wrong! It was meant to mask the noise from a generator for the property next door. Not only was there loud banding come through the thatch ceiling but the walls were physically shaking. The management finally moved us to another room but only after almost an hour of back and forth, and even then only very very very grudgingly. Otherwise ok. Olga the main chef is fantastic. The management, well, much less so. At these prices no one should ever have to stay in that room.

Very comfortable rooms very noisy beach front

The hotel room is fantastic! We had the sea view suite. Beds are very comfortable bathroom with walk in double shower, very clean excellent service and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The beach in front of the hotel was dominated by non guests of the hotel. Some of the reclining chairs were also occupied by non guests since the beach bar signage welcomed everyone. If you want a tranquil experience at a beach front small luxury hotel this is not the place.
