I had an amazing stay here at Swandor hotel. It was a brilliant experience!! As soon as we arrived we were put in a meeting for the next day to book all the excursions we wanted to do. We were looked after from the moment we stepped into the hotel until the end. We were helped with our luggage. The room attendants were also very helpful, it felt so good to come back to our room and seeing that it was cleaned also we had fridges that were restocked everyday with still water , fizzy water. fizzy drinks and different snacks. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. The hospitality staff here were also so friendly and helpful. The Chefs were also friendly. I had a great experience traveling to Turkey for the first time and this hotel made it even better. I stayed here over new years which was a fun experience, they had a party in the nightclub and had dancers and singers to entertain!! I would definitely recommend this hotel.I will definitely come back in the future aswell.

I spoke with Eren and Handa in the restaurant regarding staff and food, everyone was super friendly and helpful and always up for a banter, the food is out of this world different dishes every day..something new for me to try .. and the cakes are absolutely out of this world..came back a stone heavier the entertainment staff were also really awesome with ideas what to do every day.. the servers and all housekeeping staff are the best nothing was to much for them. I will definitely be coming back this year.

Hello Thank you so much for having us. It was such a pleasure staying with you. Everything was provided for us. The room was lovely, the view, the comfortability was great. The hospitality, the people. The only criticism I will say is we struggled with food. As we are vegetarian the food was difficult for us as we felt we didn’t have any variety in the buffet during breakfast, lunch or dinner. However on the last day we made a request to the chef and they made us some food which we really appreciated. Thank you again.

Took a three day break here early January. Even though the majority of the restaurants & bars weren’t open (which we knew before booking), couldn’t fault the facilities - everywhere was spotlessly clean. The room which was very comfortable. Wasn’t a fan of the food - tasted cheap, greasy & mostly lukewarm. Majority of the staff were helpful & friendly. There’s so many others similar hotels, probably wouldn’t revisit here
