Susona is definitely a beautiful and luxurious resort

This is definitely one of the most beautiful resorts I have ever stayed in. The scenery, the villas, the grounds, everything was beautiful and perfect. Everything was available in the rooms. The sea/ocean was just steps away and it made the atmosphere just peaceful and breezy. All 10 of us had a perfect stay in our very large 4 bedroom villa. It was a perfect stay! We also visited Antalya the week before, but Bodrum was definitely a more relaxing, more beautiful and more peaceful city.

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the resort. The facilities and infrastructure were terrific and conducive to a relaxing holiday. The restaurant staff including Bugra, Enes Yalcinday and, Jinnat, was very warm, hospitable, and helpful. The resort clearly believes in providing a memorable experience for its guest as exemplified by the responsiveness of the front office including Turkan. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The Best Stay I've Ever Experienced!

I had the pleasure of spending two weeks at Susona Bodrum, and it was truly amazing. From the moment I made my reservation, the hotel staff reached out to provide all the necessary information about the facilities and opening hours. They arranged a comfortable transfer to and from the hotel, just as I requested. Upon arrival, the concierge greeted me warmly, opened the car door, and escorted me to the sunlit lobby, where the delightful scent of mandarins filled the air. I had booked a deluxe room with a private terrace, but it felt like I had an entire house to myself. The room was incredibly spacious and impeccably tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally hospitable, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. During breakfast, they recommended the best tables and dishes tailored to my preferences. Mrs. Turkan, the Guest Relations Manager, often checked in during breakfast, promptly and cheerfully addressing all my requests. Her personal touch was greatly appreciated. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Baris, the Front Office Manager, who recommended a wonderful place for dinner outside the hotel. The concierge and bellboy team were always nearby, and I enjoyed every small talk with them. The reception agents were polite and professional, with special thanks to Emre for his expertise in arranging various programs outside the hotel, Selen for her kindness and positive attitude, and Uras for handling my check-out and settling the bill quickly. I highly recommend dining at Malva, a Michelin guide restaurant. The professional team explained everything about each dish, sharing captivating stories about how the chefs created them. I will never forget the best vacation of my life. Thank you, Susona Bodrum staff, for making it so memorable. I’m not saying goodbye; I’m saying "Görüşürüz" – see you again!

Exceptional Bodrum Stay

Situated at the northern part of Bodrum, Susona definitely raised the bar for resorts in this area with breathtaking sunset/sunrise views. It was out first visit to Bodrum, so the benchmark was previous stays at Oludeniz. We would definitely recommend the resort to anyone with no second thoughts. We had to modify our itinerary in town based on facilities offered by the resort (beach clubs). Easy access in and out the the resort made it easy to explore the city. Taxis are always available on call. Turkan the GR Manager and the resort team are doing are great job raising the bar for guest service. Shoutout to Meryem, Mirai at Ezi restaurant, Tuche at Frankie beach club, Yousef at the front desk for their outstanding service and diligence. We would definitely come back for another visit.
