Great stay at family hotel

Great, family hotel. The room was lovely, spacious and well equipped especially for families with kids. There were 8 pools l, albeit we only used the nearest one to our room during our stay. The pool was very clean and well maintained too. You could get a variety of massages on site. Our daughter had her hair braided by the team which she loved. The breakfast buffet was also really good as well as the bar food. We liked the location, such close proximity to shops and other restaurants and of course the lovely beach. Really do recommend.

Best Resort in Kamala Beach Phuket

Sunwing is a fantastic choice for families from all backgrounds. The team goes above and beyond to meet everyone needs. Som and Koy at the restaurant makes you feel at home, the quality of food is amazing, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is located in the best spot at Kamala Beach, close to high street and all facilities you might need and still quiet. There is no loud enterteinement at night, the kids love Lolo and Bernie and this is done is suuch a careful way they dont annoy anyone else. We do recommend a lot and we'll be looking forward to meet the Sunwing's Team again!!

A lovely break from our real life

We recently spent a week at Sunwing Kamala Beach, we booked through MyHoliday.com and received a great value package. This was our 2nd overseas holiday with our two young children, we chose this resort because of its family friendly reviews. We were provided with exceptional service by majority of the staff, I only experienced one rude encounter from a staff member (when I asked her for a large cup at breakfast instead of the teacups they provide for their coffee, she rolled her eyes at me and told me that I had to bring my own cup from my room next time.... 😒) The stand-out of our holiday was the delightful staff member Britney, from day one she was very responsive and proactive. Our children absolutely adored her, so we got her to babysit for us whilst we got to experience some grown-up time. Britney sent us photo updates of what our children were doing whilst we were out having our first date night in over a year. I would love to give a huge shout out to the Kids Club workers, my coffee man Zin Tan, the lovely V who went out of her way to help us with our tropical fruit, Chay for being a great competitor when I beat him twice at connect 4, Zyra for being so kind and also looking after our children. The biggest thank you to Britney, you are an absolute delight and I wish you so much success in the hospitality industry, it's a skill that obviously comes very naturally to you, I could tell you are passionate about it and you will go far!!

A wonderful place to stay. Great Vibe. Staff are very friendly. Thank you to Brittany she was an amazing staff member and my kids loved her. She worked on reception and baby sat our kids for a day. She was so nice and caring. Great place to stay with kids.

Sunwing Kamala Beach is a family-friendly hotel on the outskirts of the small village of Kamala on the Thai island of Phuket.
