Don't be fooled by photos. Bad receptionist, bad manager, Deceitful information from hotel and travel agency. This is a cheap backpackers hostel - I would not even call it a hotel . The reception saw my booking and argue that staff has made an error....Dishonest practice. Should NOT be part of Royal Aventus group...should be a MOTEL group

Hotel rooms and staff are great but......

There is nothing wrong with the hotel per se. The Room ( well mine anyway) is great apart from lack of thought as to size of the TV which is hardly viewable from the bed), the staff are wonderful and helpful and cheerful. The problem is the hotel. Whoever thought of putting this hotel here obviously has a lack of vision and a serious lack of marketing skills. There is nothing anywhere close to the hotel in the way of restaurants, bars etc . There simply is nothing. the hotel was plonked in the middle of a nothing. To go out and eat is a Grab ride. To find somewhere to have a drink is the same. The Japanese restaurant was empty and the so called cocktail bar non existent. They will serve you a mocktail but thats it. In retrospect would I stay here again? id say not which is a pity as the fundamentals are there. There simply was a lack of planning and marketing.

Sunrise Aventus - Great Value Great Hotel - I will Return

I was very impressed with the Sunrise Aventus Hotel. Only a few minutes from the centre of Nusa Dua the staff were amazing. The food was great and I made use of the new gym daily. The pool is small but the water was great. It has 2 restaurants - one on the roof the other on the ground floor. The staff were very helpful and my special thanks to the Restaurant manager Dina. She always had a smile and was happy to chat between taking calls, staff and guest queries, etc. Thanks Dina you made my enjoyable stay a memorable one. My room was basic and the next day I upgraded to a much larger room with fridge and lots of cupboard space & a very large bath room. The hotel has been 100% renovated and is a beautiful hotel. The upgraded room price was very reasonable and the room was cleaned daily. There was even a small gift with small local chocolates and an assortment of sweets. Thank you! With a convenience store only a few steps away I was able to buy some light refreshments including fruit and even a rain coat for an incredibly wet day.

For Couples not good only bnefit, it was close too the airport and some marts. Room was smelly might be of the cubicle-style washroom. The room was small and congested. Also, pool was very far.

Easily hands down one of the best city hotel in Bali. The lobby is quite small however the managed it to make spacious and super homey. Main attraction within the hotel is their all day dining restaurant, they had well foods selection and the view is unbeatable.
