A family feel holiday

This hotel is amazing - all the reviews were spot on. It feels like a family - we came at the end of November so it was the end of season and quiet. We were really impressed to see how solo travels were fully welcomed and integrated - it is definitely somewhere you would feel safe staying as a solo traveller. The food was amazing, the coffee shop amazing - the staff were exemplary and could not to enough to make you feel "special". The hamam, despite being a little more expensive than others in the area, was really clean and the treatments were really good. Rooms were spacious and kept really clean. My only criticism is that the music at night was very loud - it finished at 11.30pm but for us oldies who like to go to bed early, we could hear it from the bedrooms and that is my only complaint. Aside from that everything was amazing - thankyou.

This hotel has great staff , all helpful ,friendly and professional.,and is run very well. It is also extremely clean which seems like an army of cleaners. The food is also very good . There is also alot of repeat guests which obviously feel the same as me about the experience at this hotel . I hope to return again soon

Just got here now and we love it as always! Staff are very friendly and welcoming.. drinks are perfect always.. as we’re frequent stayers they acknowledged us and room upgraded us free of charge for the next 2 weeks.. thank you so much Sunprime for everything!

Me and my wife have just spent 2 weeks in this fantastic hotel for my 70th birthday. It is like all the other comments say it is spotlessly clean! All the staff are very polite and helpful... Nothing is to much trouble. On my birthday they sent a huge basket of fruit and a birthday cake and also a large selection of different nuts! Which wasn't expected at all but it was all very delicious and such a pleasant suprise. Our room was beautiful we had a seaview room and a nice large balcony. The mini fridge was filled up every day by the maids and also fresh bedding and towels every single day! The food at this hotel is fantastic!! Nobody can moan about it as there is an absolutely huge selection and wide variety! We loved the fish and seafood. There is chefs walking around all the time making sure everything is ok. The waiters were very attentive and plates cleared away and asking about drinks if we needed any more drinks or water etc. We also want to mention Mrs Rüireyda who is the customer relations manager. She saw us every day of our stay to make sure everything was ok. She is a kind lady and nothing is to much trouble. She listens to anything you have to say. We will definitely be returning here next year for my birthday in 2025. We would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. Mr and Mrs May
