We put a request to stay away from the strip, when we arrived we was placed in the main reception building near the strip so we couldn’t get to sleep till 3am in the morning when the clubs went quiet. I got ecoli from the food and was admitted to hospital for 2 weeks when I returned home. The entertainment was ok! The restaurant was always clean but we never got offered any drinks when we sat down. The snack bar on the other hand was excellent for choice just a shame I ended up in hospital due to food not being stored correctly. On some occasions we had to mention to chef that some of the food was not cooked. Overall an average hotel but will not be staying here again.

I stayed here with my partner and 16yr old daughter. Last year we stayed in the Sundiya Exclusive in Fethiye. We had a lovely time and the hotel was amazing so booked this hotel as it’s part of the same chain but fancied trying somewhere different. Firstly the good points. I had read previous reviews about the noise levels if you have a room near the main strip so I requested a quieter room prior to my stay and was more than happy with the one allocated. They also added a proper single bed instead of making up the sofa into a third bed which was much appreciated as my daughter is adult size now. Fresh towels for the pool were provided in the rooms every day so no need to get up early to grab one. No real problem getting a sun lounger by the main pool if you were relatively early and there were always plenty by the adult only pool all day which was nice (and much quieter!) Entertainment team were excellent and worked non stop making guests feel included and that they were having a good time. Always polite and friendly saying hello whenever they met you. Now the negatives. Even though it is part of the Sundiya group I would say the hotel in Fethiye is of a higher standard overall. We arrived at the hotel just before midnight and literally had to leg it to the restaurant to grab some food before it closed. They were switching off the lights as we ate. Last year we arrived at a similar time and the hotel had arranged a platter of cold meats and fruit in our room. The fridge was broken and remained so all holiday even though we reported it. It actually felt warm inside. The majority of staff were polite and friendly…a special mention for Mohammed at the adult pool and our friend at the a la carte restaurant whose name I’ve forgotten. However some of the younger male staff could be quite rude and were inappropriate as regards my teenage daughter. On our second night I was told I would need to pay extra for a cocktail I had received as part of the all inclusive the night before. When I questioned this two of the bar men conversed in Turkish in front of me then just smirked and shrugged their shoulders. I ordered something else but then my partner came back with said cocktail and was told he got it no questions asked. So I went back up to query this and after some rude gesturing by them and more Turkish I was told I had asked for something completely different than I had! No apology. Nothing. The interaction was that bad other guests approached me the next day saying they had witnessed it and thought they were extremely rude to me. It spoiled my holiday if I’m honest as I refused to go to the bar after that when they were serving. I also witnessed one of the bar staff trying to encourage a young girl who was intoxicated to come with him as he had finished his shift and he would look after her!! My partner and I kept an eye on the situation until her brother came to get her. I really think it’s worth reminding some of your staff of the need for professionalism at all times and maybe a course in customer relations! If you’re thinking of staying in Fethiye I would recommend booking the Sundiya Exclusive on Calas beach instead of this hotel.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the reception is impressive and the staff friendly. We stayed in a room just by the adults pool which was a great location as no noise could be heard from the strip at night. Pools Mohammed who runs the adult pool bar is fantastic. His iced coffees are to die for and he works hard to keep the area clean and tidy. The main pool is overcrowded and noisy. The pool party which is once a week is chaotic with hundreds of guests in the pool at the same time having a water balloon fight. How on earth the lifeguard (who was very rarely off his phone to see if anybody needed help), would be able to see if somebody was struggling in the water, is beyond me. He simply wouldn’t. It’s dangerous. Food The restaurant felt like a canteen with only a small number of Bain Marie’s available with hot food. The queues made it feel like being in an army camp. Food was average. All meat covered in oil or sauce. Same stuff over and over again. We ate out 9 times in 12 days. At breakfast, it was not clear to guests that they could ask the chef to make an omelette of their choice. At all hotels I have visited in Turkey over the past 15 years, they all have a dedicated omelette station so I was so surprised this hotel didn’t. The patisserie off reception was good and offered coffee and cakes during the day. I didn’t try this but it looked lovely. The poolside snack bar offered good choice but the seating arrangement was terrible. All tables crammed together with no gangway left to walk through to the bar. Tables were also left in a mess with many staff just standing about doing nothing. Cocktails were ok and a good choice available. Entertainment This is where the hotel was let down. The acts were absolutely awful. The dancers were really bad and the galaxy party was shocking. It was one of the entertainment staff on some DJ decks and various women on stage in mirrored costumes doing strange hand-movements for 2 hours. Muffar and Liskey are an absolute asset to this hotel. They spoke beautiful English and didnt pester guests like some of the others. Would i return? No. I would spend a little more and go to Belcekiz Beach Club which has all bases covered for a great holiday. This place just isnt there yet.

An amazing hotel with some of the friendliest staff who genuinely wanted us to have a good time. A shout out to Mafer who made the entertainment especially fun. A small and personal hotel, which still had plenty of activities and great proximity to the beach and town.

Liskey and Mafer was really good and welcoming to the whole family/friends. The whole family loves them and there Zumba was very good. They sat with us almost every night and we learnt a lot from them about their home. Made our holiday alot more enjoyable and made friends for life
