Absolutely horrible hotel to stay. Extremely dirty. No hot water and the sheets were stained and were not fresh. Felt like they had never been washed. The toilet clogged and would not flush. The Gucci so-called art work was tacky and creepy. Red sliding door to the bathroom. The third floor looked like it has never been cleaned. Do not stay here

Cheap and run down

They do a great job advertising the place but when you get here the place almost looks shut down. The taxi driver had to open the front parking lot by taking down a chain as the guard just stood and watched... As you walk in some parts of this place look like ruins of an old Costa Blanca (pillars knocked over). The ac barely works and there was no shower door for half of the shower... If you’re not hurting for money go somewhere else.

A cute, almost typical, building just outside the trashy part of Cancun

I stayed at this place for some nights. The building is very cute although it seemed they are still working on it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was huge, like a mini apartment. I had a problem with the bathtub but they fixed soon. The breakfast is included but it is in a place 3 minutes away and it is very poor quality.

Perfect little hotel!

So, when you walk up to this place, you think twice.... “this is a hotel?” It’s on the second floor of a closed shopping area. Plain white front and from the outside, it looks nothing like a hotel..... which is perfect! This is a hidden gem!!! Right in tbe heart of the hotel zone. Walking distance to the beach and coco bongo and all the other night life. My favorite part though, are the two little private owned restaurants with “Mexican prices” you won’t spend more that 125 pesos a person for each meal (about $7us) and the food is sooooooo good! But, back to the hotel. Larger than average rooms and very small (only 21 rooms) each room has a small balcony that over looks an alley/courtyard. It’s so quite and peaceful. You can bet I’ll be here again!

Pros: Location was good, near a bus stop, the large supermarket, and the main area of the Hotel Zone. Air-conditioner worked well Cons: Most staff did not speak English, were not very nice, and were not willing to let us check-out an hour later (despite there being a sign clearly stating that guests are given 60 mins of leeway. Also, the water pump broke so we had no water for over 8 hours and they had to bring a "water truck" to come fill up the tanks in the hotel, so after that we only had cold water for the rest of the trip.
