We just came back after 7 days of holiday from Sueno Beach Hotel. 09/08/24 - 16/08/24. When we sorted issue with booking we went in the room. Room is ok, first day air conditioner didn't work, was sorted next day when we told one more time to receptionist. Cleaners comes every day. All tourists are Russian, German, Turkish. We didn't heard another language. Staff speaks just in those languages. NO ENGLISH AT ALL. I can count on my fingers how many staff was able to speak in english. In that week there were 3 nice evening shows. If you want go to the concert then check on their web page and reserve a table, because they open reservation 5 days in advance otherwise you will be lucky if you will get a table. Best things: pools, slides, beach. Pools- There are areas where they have sunbeds under the shade, which is good when it is really hot. Probably like everywhere else people put the towels on the sunbeds for all day not even coming back. Beach-sandy. Many sunbeds - all under the shade. There is a beach bar and bar on the pier. Water sports. Water very warm, good for kids because on the left is not deep, on the right is deeper. There are toilet facilities all over the places. Food every day the same and just warm even if you come when they just open restaurant. Kids kitchen food every day is the same too. Lunch you can eat outside close to the pools, so you don't need to go and change. Food every day same too. Imported alcohol in the bars. Staff can bring drinks to your table. Because of that I feel sorry for them. Every day from breakfast till the end of evening show they are running around the tables taking out plates, serving tables AND fulfills the wishes of tourists when they could take drinks by themselves. Kids Lollipoptown is NOT worth the money at all. Cost 12€ per child for one hour. Just evening times- starts from 20:30. If your child is under 6, so one adult has to go and pay too. Animation team is not interested to entertain kids at all. Speaks just turkish, russian and german. NO ENGLISH. Inside the hotel there are few shops. If you need something for kids to swim ( arm bands, googles, pool floats ) I would recommend firstly to go to the shop which is outside the hotel across the road. There is prices in Lyras but you can pay in euros, dollars. You would save around 10€ per item. Luna park is not busy. Starts to work in evening till 00:00. Not expensive. There is a game center which is not busy too. Some of arcades wasn't working. Side is 7min to drive. Taxi will cost you 10€. In the main street markets everything is overpriced ( even soft drinks ). In conclusion we came back disappointed. We would not come back here.
