BEST HOLIDAY EVER.!

From arrival at hotel (1am) we were met with 1st class hospitality. Luggage dealt with by service staff. Booking in we were upgraded from whirlpool room to swim up room foc. Food and drinks awaiting on us on arrival. This hotel has the most hospital staff we have ever came across as experienced travellers. Surroundings, food, drink, friendly atmosphere was 2nd to none. Always met with a warm welcome and a smile everywhere in the resort we went. We are a couple who like to venture but in this hotel we were overwhelmed by the entertainment and activities available. Tips if you are visiting … book your a la carts asap and do try the fondue night … book your shower room if you have late flight . This is free of charge and a great service. All in all

Just back from a fantastic 2 week holiday with family and friends at the Side star Elegance. Cannot fault anything , food excellent in all the restaurants , main, a la carte and beach/pool restaurants. Staff were excellent, hotel very clean, and the entertainment team were superb. Great bunch , very friendly, not pushy to join in at all, but just encourage to get involved if want to and have fun, Mehmet , Albert , mike great lads. Great location and would not hestitate to go back to this hotel.

Exceptional service from Erdinc at reception!

During our recent stay, we encountered a small issue with our reservation. However, Erdinc at reception turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Without any hesitation, he upgraded our room to a more luxurious one, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond truly made our stay memorable. We are incredibly grateful for his fantastic service and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top-notch hospitality. Thank you, Erdinc, for making our stay exceptional!

Top service, very friendly staff and delicious food!

Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It was absolutely perfect from the moment we walked into the reception. The hotel is huge and it takes some time to understand the layout but it soon becomes very straightforward. The staff is the biggest asset to the hotel and we were absolutely delighted with the service received. This was our first ever stay in Turkey, and we are totally converted! We are already planning our next holiday in Turkey, and normally we don't go to the same hotels but would definitely love to come back to Side Star Elegance. The food was delicious with big variety to choose from. There is simply food for everyone, every day fresh salads, fruits, deserts, tasty meats and different dishes. I recommend trying A'la Carte restaurant for your stay as you really feel luxurious in the most beautiful places. We went for the Turkey and Italian restaurants and couldn't rate which was better as they were both excellent! Special thanks to the fantastic entertainment team who went above and beyond to keep everyone entertained and happy. They were brilliant at encouraging guests to take part in different games and activities but also not too pushy. The hotel signature song "No stress" goes around and around in your head after each day and it's so cheerful and happy, it will definitely bring great memories back everytime we hear the song elsewhere. The whole entertainment team is the most friendly, and lively I have ever experience. Special recognition for our friend Michael who always found time to say hello and give 'hi five", and also the fantastic Ebru! We will miss you all!!! Thanks for all the great chats. Also, we will not forget our very best and almost personal waiter called Mevlut who always welcomed us with a smile and gave top service each time we were eating at a restaurant or drinking at the bar. I could go on and on about this hotel but words cannot describe how spoilt we felt during our stay. Our family room was spacious with large terrace and sea view. Cleaned daily, and mini fridge topped up regularly as needed. The hotel has fridges with drinks located around the pool and beach area which we thought was a fantastic idea. You don't need need to queue to get a drink, just grab it from the fridge! The location is perfect, with beautiful sandy beach. Great for children as it has a gentle entry to the sea. The swimming pool has two slides which are great fun, and in my view they are enough to keep your little ones (and you!) entertained. The hotel main restaurant is beautifully decorated with lots of seating and most importantly delicious food as mentioned previously. The staff is welcoming and extremely helpful and friendly! To summarise, just Wow! what a great place Side Star Elegance! Thank you so much ❤️

Good hotel for a relaxing getaway

This hotel is a good choice if you seek cleanliness, a friendly environment, an exceptionally attentive staff, good facilities and a beach at hand, this is the place for you. The animation team is great, (Melisa❤️) they are very open and fun to be around, however “entertainment factor” varies from night to night. I recommend going to the pool party and Colombian salsa night. The variety in food is great, yet I lacked a bit of creativity when it came to breakfast. Nevertheless, that was compensated for at lunch and dinner, I especially loved the fish bar, highly recommended! Look out if you have a food allergy, you might be stuck with fruit for desert, as (for the most part) they do not have lactose free cake options. And if you happen to suffer from egg allergies, you might as well make yourself at home at the fruit bar. But hey - its quality is spectacular! Another bonus is the option to make 3 a la carte restaurant reservations - this was a very pleasant surprise. The waiters are one of the swiftest and most attentive I’ve ever had the chance to meet! They remember your favorite orders, give recommendations and they always run around with a wide smile. The attention to detail makes one feel special. The only thing I’d point out that the ambiance dies at 23:00, which is a shame. This place has great potential, but turning the lights off when you’ve got a full terrace is not the best strategy to accommodate to the clientele.
