We stayed this hotel last Christmas hotel is location is great but for elderly people will be hard go down the stairs to many stairs to go down beach , Food wasn’t good selection at all most of the nights a few courses different rest was nearly same every night,Staff was good it can be better if they smile ,Guest relations manager was arrogant person, Best thing about this hotel all export drinks you can get no problem room was basic and anyone walking at corridors you can hear wasn’t good , mostly German people staying, overall its 5 star hotel but I give 4 star hotel I would go back

Has soon as you arrive you meet the Side Stars, Durdu and Saule on reception. There are so many wonderful staff, you cannot name them all. Two of the staff waiting on in the Lounge, Zange and Kadir were always attentive, no matter how busy they were. Great choice of food.I had a wonderful Christmas and celebration of New Year. With a band near the poolat midnight and a wondeful firework display. Thanks to all the wondefrful staff

What a lovely hotel. Staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely but would have liked the sheets and duvets changed. My duvet was the same one for the whole 7 nights. We were fortunate enough to eat in all the a la Carte restaurants. Unfortunately it was a set menu and was very rushed in between courses not giving our digestion time to enjoy. The entertainment was fantastic and the shows were great. Main restaurant was set out great and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Lots of choices too. All the bars in the hotel were smashing. Outdoor heated swimming pool and area was lovely with plenty of sun beds.

The hotel is very beautiful an clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always smiling. The food was good, great variety of dishes every meal time. I love the Time Out restaurant and bar for when theh main restaurant is closed. We tried the A La Carte Restaurant, we tried Turkish and also Italian and they were both great. There are so many areas to chill and have a drink whether it is alcohol or just a Turkish tea. Every evening there is live show at Aspendos, it was really lovely. Don't worry even if the weather is bad, there is enough to do around the hotel to keep you busy. On rainy days, i spent time in the gym, indoor pool which also has a jacuzzi, there is even an arcade for those who like games. There are also staff doing activities such as playing UNO, table tennis, darts amongst other things. The location of theh hotel is perfect as it is near the harbour and amenities. The promenade at the beach is nice as there are restaurants and shops along the way. It was our first time in Turkey and we'll definitely visit again.
