Not what I expected

We were a company of 8 adults and a 3year old child. We stayed for 11 nights, I think that the biggest plus of this hotel is its biggest flaw. Its size. I think that this hotel is bit understaffed. One of the best sides is the animation team. They were friendly and tried to help us with everything. All in all it was a pleasant stay. But few things must be stated: There is just not enough cleaners and it shows. Hotel does not serve espresso coffee anywhere. There is a machine in Gilbert caffe but the staff doesn't (want to) use it. The waiters in Gilbert are running from work. They are just not motivated enough. Mare pool bar is another story, a lot of bartenders there are trying to do good work. Patisserie is not a patisserie, it has few sweets that are being recycled everyday.

Overall was solid holdiay, we were stayin from 22.08. Tili 3 .10. Hotel was not eceeding our expectations. In few ways a) it was under staffed( be prepared to wait ) b) cleaning crew were emptiyn small trash cans on the beach and near the pool myb every 2 days or 2 times in 3 days byt not every day . If u expect drinks at breakfast or lunch or even dinner u should wait maybe aroun 7 to 10 minutes and they didnt allow us to take them from bar ourselfs. Soft drinks are made from the syroups they werent having and bottled or canned ones. One moring around 7 am they didnt have clean towels ready. Enterteiment was also not exeeding my epections . Not so much activites for adults and the activity overlapped.in the mornings . But there is tuncay animator.guy who made overall stay much enjoyfull . Overall in my eyes looks like hotel was took some budget cuts and it was understuffed or it maybe that was end of the season but in overall i was expexting more.
