Exceptional service from Mohammed and Mahmet — warm, professional, and made our holiday unforgettable.

A very special thank you to Mohammed (Gilbert’s night shift) and Mahmet (main restaurant dinner shift). Mohammed was the star of my stay. Warm, friendly, and always with a smile that could light up the room, he made every interaction a joy. Each morning after a gorgeous sunrise run, he had my order ready before I even asked, and our conversations gave me such a rich insight into Turkish culture. He genuinely cared, carried himself with real professionalism, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Mohammed is exactly the kind of person who turns a good holiday into an unforgettable one. Mahmet also deserves huge credit. During dinner service he was consistently attentive, calm, and efficient, making sure everything ran seamlessly. He struck that perfect balance of being present without ever being intrusive, and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to him, every evening felt smooth and stress-free. Both Mohammed and Mahmet are outstanding ambassadors for the hotel. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication left a lasting impression — they’re the kind of staff that make guests want to return again and again.

Great but let down in areas

Arrived about midnight checked in and no briefing of hotel, beds hard and grandsons bed was the sofa, not a bed. Good choice of breakfast items lunch and evening meals. Pools were top notch. Beach good but accessing sea was difficult for two of us with knee and hip issues as gravel was like quicksand. Room cleaning and servicing not as good as 3 star. Staff were great in restaurant and bars.all 5 of us suffered with mild tummy bug but still had a great time. Not 5 star. Bedroom air con noisy.

Lovely Holiday

Just got back from lovely week long stay. We picked this hotel mainly because we had previously visited Sherwood Exclusive Lara and loved it but wanted somewhere different to visit, and can say we loved Kemer even more! We had Superior Standard Room located right to reception on the 2nd floor. Room was lovely and spacious and the balcony looked over a nice little garden area. The hotel complex feels really spacious with all the garden areas but not too big that you are ever too far away from anywhere. Location of the hotel is beautiful, the mountains behind the hotel really make it a picturesque place. The stoney beach we didn’t find great but the sea was lovely and clear, was shame there was no jumping from the pier but think that may be due to the rocky seabed. Aqua Park was brilliant for our 13 and 11 year old which is where we spent all time. We were pleased that sunbeds were plentiful around the Aqua Park, no super early mornings! Food from the snack bars at lunch time were perfect for us, love how everything is made to order so it is nice and fresh. Evening buffet isn’t really catered for British as others have said however there was always something to eat and after a nice meal at lunch it didn’t really bother us. Waffle and ice cream shops were lovely. Ice cream lollys also available from the Aqua Park snack bar too. Drinks were great around the Aqua Park with a help yourself fridge of Budweiser, Becks, Efes and water. Nice caramel milkshakes from the little bar too also snacks of nuts and Dorito style crisps. Cocktails were 10/10 from the Mare Pool bar which we had on evening. Overall we had a lovely week and would definitely recommend!
