We came to the hotel in order to relax and hang out with family. This hotel gave the sense of satisfaction because it contains a good atmosphere, well weather and all events was magnificent. Especially, animators team complete their work in an excellent way.

Wonderful location for a relaxing and chilled holiday with family…very peaceful with different sections of the resort for more of a private feel…very friendly and helpful staff too! Room just the right size and all we needed to be comfortable.

Staff is very very poor trained. They are very young and helpfull but not able to understand most of the menu if spoken in english in any way or to help you about most of the things. Main food restaurant is overall tasteless, choise of food is good thou, except for snaks and deserts which are very very good. Alcohol drinks are very low quality, coffee is surprisingly bad and you will get it made differently every time you order. Rooms are ok but aircoditioning is way too loud. Pools are ok. Not amazingly clean but they are just fine. Design of pools that are between apartments is great. You can find shade in the middle of the day and realy enjoy the day. Number of bars or snacks is above average. Nature are design of hotel is very very good. Kids activities are great, they wont be bored at any moment during the day The thing that anoys the most is that majority of guests leave towels on sunbeds to reserve them and they do that during the whole day. Hotel doesnt have any rule to scoop those after few hours so if you dont get up early to “reserve” sunbed it is almost impossible to get sunbed next to the pool on any of the pools. Would not return here just for this. Overal hotel is below its price range for five star hotel

Overall very disappointing. Unfortunately. Decided to come here due to previous reviews however noticed that majority of them are not reflecting the reality. Believing that the reviews should be critical and factual. First, was not expecting a quality matching with the top tier or second tier hotels in the same area / same concept (hence the price paid) however a decent quality was expected based on the name of the hotel (hence the price was paid). Lack of management and supervision through any areas ruining the experience. Staff are generally unprofessional and not trained at all for their duties as well as seen unhappy/ not motivated. They are not aware about customer expectations and satisfaction and some of them are really aggressive, ready to fight/argue with the clients if any criticism is made. Basically, you don't feel welcomed. Food served in general (including a la carte) is very tasteless (including any snacks served ) potentially due to cheap ingredients sourced and lack of talent to cook them. Apparently huge cost cutting there. to add, no one knows how to make a proper cocktails. Rooms are lacking attention with missing items and lack of maintenance. For example air conditioner was making huge noise due to not maintained properly with a very dirty filter ( see the photos). Luckily only stayed 4 days. Only good point is the layout of the hotel as they allocated pools in between living quarters. Surely removing this hotel and any of their group hotels from our list.
