Official Description

The hotel is located 9 km from the centre of Belek on a long stretch of beach. The smaller town of Kadriye is 5 km away and public transport and taxis are available from in front of the hotel with links to nearby towns and the city of Antalya, which is some 45 km away. Antalya airport is approximately 35 km from the complex. The holiday village is situated on 90 acres of protected green land. Refurbished in 2010, in addition to holiday accommodation, the hotel provides facilities for conferences and seminars as well as for football teams who can take advantage of the hotel's two professional football fields. There is a selection of small shops on site, a hairdressing salon, a main restaurant and an à la carte one, a choice of bars and a disco. Further facilities available to guests at the air-conditioned, 293-room hotel include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, currency exchange facilities, auditorium and a café. There are double-storey buildings in the style of bungalows in the holiday village and three types of rooms. Decorated in a modern style, all of the rooms have a balcony, TV, minibar (only water), telephone, hairdryer, centrally controlled air conditioning and a safe (fees apply). Standard rooms have parquet flooring. In addition to an en suite bathroom with bathtub, other standard features of all rooms include a double or king-size bed, Internet access and an iron and ironing board.

Sad to See a Beloved Hotel Lose Its Charm

This hotel used to be our go-to destination: three previous stays left us utterly delighted. Unfortunately, this time, everything changed, and what should have been a relaxing getaway turned into a series of disappointments. **What Went Wrong:** — **The Steak Restaurant**, which once offered at least one complimentary dinner, is now entirely pay-to-dine. It’s disheartening to see a once-loved perk reduced to just another overpriced service. — **The "Warm" Pool** is no longer warm. The water was barely heated, making it impossible to swim for long. This used to be our favorite spot for relaxation. — **The Hammam** with a freezing central zone? Absurd. Instead of unwinding, we were left shivering. — **Overcrowding** turned the trip into a battle for space: 15-minute waits for dinner tables, zero seats available in the lobby, and missing board games (backgammon, cards) made it feel like a chaotic budget hostel. — **Poolside Internet** was unusable—the connection dropped every few minutes. **A Special "Shoutout" to the Lobby Bar Bartenders.** They seem to have graduated from a "How to Disappoint Guests 101" masterclass. They botch basic recipes, eyeball measurements, and swap premium drinks for cheap alternatives. For instance, I was served Turkish brandy instead of **Remy Martin**—only after I called them out did they "fix" it. Cutting corners on guests is a terrible look. We chose this hotel based on past flawless experiences, but the very things we loved about it are now gone. It’s deeply disappointing to watch a place once synonymous with comfort and hospitality sink to the level of a mediocre, overcrowded hotel with chaotic service. Next time, we’ll think twice before returning.

The hotel food and drinks and staff treatment are excellent and I had a wonderful stay Best of all, the entertainment they have planned for the nights is very enjoyable for me. I suggest you to come to this hotel. You will undoubtedly experience a wonderful stay. I even became friends with one of the staff here and he had very good manners. His name was Yunus. Thank you to all the staff. I wish you a good trip.
