First of all I want you to take a step back from this hotel experience, if you don’t want to get a bad experience on our vacation please don’t go there, my room freezing cold when we arrived, no towels I had to speak on 03/10/2025 at night around 7 pm with the front desk agent , not towels and he took me to the laundry area to provide me with two towels and I said that I have kids that I need 4 that’s what is on the reservation , it was my baby birthday that day , also he told me to take my towels upstairs I said I don’t work there and there is not soap as well , it was a disaster , please the next day breakfast horrible with lack of smile in the morning I guess they get paid little and parking it’s more expensive thank their check I guess if for that , owner of this entire hotel please get people that can smile at your property. Also to make a quick point that same afternoon we put our stuff inside a little room I don’t know anything about that lady in the morning on march 10 but she was very rude. Please don’t go there you have to ask at the front desk to change your towels and make the room looks better in the morning if not they don’t even ask , I ask for the floors to be clean and they don’t even clean it, they put the same blankets dirty on top of the bed , disgusting hotel !!!!
