Great place an a wonderful location

Lovely place overlooking the caldera. Some of the hotel rooms are above Oia’s thoroughfare whilst most are below, alongside reception, black rock restaurant (where breakfast is served) and a small gym. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. It’s well maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast choice was extensive and the food great; this can also be ordered to the room. The restaurant is 50 or so steps from the throughfare. There is good Wi-Fi throughout, and two outdoor pools - they are not large but can be a nice place to cool off; one of the pools has a bar area.

Stayed here for our 30 year wedding anniversary. We were treated like royalty, such a friendly, welcoming staff. It was spotless inside and out. Clean rooms & bedding, comfortable beds. Not only would we stay here again, we ARE. Currently planning our 2025 return.

The view is worth all the steps 😍

What an incredible place to stay! From the massive room (which included a large day bed type lounge in the lounge room) to the hot tub balcony with the most incredible views we've ever experienced in a hotel, it is hands down, the most fabulous place we've ever stayed! The staff were brilliant, and especially Theano, who was soooo lovely and always stopped to chat and make us feel so special ❤️ The many many stairs can't be avoided in Oia (if you want those stunning views) but they are worth it!! Thank you again Santorini Secret Suites for the most amazing start to our Greek Islands holiday!!!! 🙏🥰 Cyndi and Des Tivnan

The hotel is amazing. The staff is well trained, friendly and helpful. Property is very clean and well maintained. Location is outstanding, cannot find a better place in Oia. What stands out from my experience at this hotel was Kostas, the GM. He is an amazing person. Very hospitable. He went out of his way to deliver my missed daughter bag, which she left behind, to the ferries port. Definitely recommended and will come back soon.
