Sandos Benidorm Suites with recent improvements in the common areas offers a modern and avant-garde accommodation inspired by the musical themes of the 70s, 80s and 90. Located in Benidorm, at 10min walking from the Levante beach and 1500m from the city center. Perfect for couples or families. This establishment does not accept group bookings for stag and hen parties. Groups reservations will have to pay a deposit on arrival of 100 euros per person in cash.

This is the third time that we have stayed at Sandos Suites. We find the staff very accommodating, room comfortable with good views, food excellent both in variety and amount and the entertainment has greatly improved this year.

My partner and I spend 4 nights here at the end of March and I must say we really enjoyed it. Even with some of the issues we encountered I still gave it 5 stars. Some of the sun beds were broken, the room needed a little TLC but nothing major, the balcony clothes line was a bit broke and some of the clientele were a bit dodgy which you can get anywhere. I was surprised that guests were allowed to play loud music from their Alexa LOUDLY with swearing and worse of all was a bloke and his mate who looked like busta blood vessel who just wouldn’t stop farting by the pool. Cocking his leg up and letting it rip. He even farted on a women a few times it was disgusting but again it’s not the hotel it’s the guests. We liked the food, the rooms are big and comfy the drinks were plentiful and good quality, the staff were excellent and the place is spotless. We went to the on site Indian which we were given as a gesture of goodwill because of a mix up with the room booking and it was fantastic. Well done Sandos.

Good location and value

Located close to the main bar and restaurant area and easy walk to the front. Stayed for 7 nights with my partner. On check in, we were early and was given our wristbands so we could have some food and drink but wasn't told much else (ie when room would be ready) we went back later and was given our key card, but again not much info was given to us about our stay. There was some info in the key card packet though. Room was on the 11th floor, spacious enough for 2 of us, however was a little tired looking and dated. Shower was fine but changed temperature alot! Cleanliness was great, cleaners were brilliant and came everyday and made sure it was sparkling. We went all inclusive, busier times at the start of lunch and dinner and I'm not sure how they would manage in the height of season, would have been nice to have been sat or shown to a table, however they may do this in summer. Good quality food, I've seen more choice in hotels but there was something each night, albeit it seemed a bit samey. We did choose to eat out a few times. The Indian restaurant on site is well worth a visit! Entertainment team did the best they could and included everyone at nighttime. We didn't see anything going on in the day. All in all it was fine, we didn't stay all day everyday in the hotel as we do like to get out. However its not a bad hotel and wouldn't warn anyone off it if they booked, good value for the price we paid (last min deal with on the beach)

I absolutely love this hotel the atmosphere, the food the staff, the cleanliness, the entertainment was all just perfect for us and I couldn’t recommend it enough I went with my mum and my toddler who is 2 and we each had the best time, Jenny and Ainhoa were particularly our favourite staff members at sandos suits purely because they couldn’t do enough for us so friendly polite and helpful they literally don’t stop to give you the best experience possible, the rooms were cleaned daily, the food was different every single day and you are spoiled for choice, I’m current looking to book again for September to return and I’ll be counting down the days, Thank you Jenny & Ainhoa xxx

Great value short break

Enjoyed our time here at the Sandos Benidorm Suites stayed for 4 nights as a quick break away and for the money very reasonable and slightly quieter as out of season! Positives it’s close to the main strip and short walk to the old town, rooms are spacious and clean and all have a balcony, down side all rooms only have 2 single beds as opposed to a double (that’s what we were told when we asked) can be very noisy at night as other guests clearly don’t care about those who might be sleeping! Lovely pool area! Breakfast offering is very good! Negatives for us …… food is ok at lunch and dinner although we chose to eat out because there wasn’t enough choice for us personally… We would come back as any negatives are far us are minor and the entertainment (mainly Ainhoa) has been great!

Sandos Benidorm Suites is placed 10 minutes walk from Levante beach and 1.5 Km from Benidorm centre. It is a themed establishment inspired in the 70's, 80's and 90's music. This atmosphere is found in the activities, bars and restaurants and in the decoration. All the guest rooms are spacious suites with a themed decoration. They have a room with two individual beds completely separated from the other rooms, a lounge with two sofa beds, a private bathroom with shower, central heating and air conditioning. All suites have Benidorm and pool area views. The reception is 24-hours, with currency exchange, safe and cloakroom.
