Official Description

Located on Jamaica's north coast, the resort is nestled between the green mountains of St. Ann and the Caribbean Sea. The centre of Ocho Rios is easily reached in around 15 minutes by car, Dunn's River Falls and Dolphin Bay are around 20 minutes away. Donald Sangster international airport in Montego Bay is around 1 hour 45 minutes away. The spacious grounds with a view of the Caribbean Sea lie on the gentle slopes of a 40 hectare parkland and is considered the true Garden of Eden. This magnificent landscaped resort has taken the meaning of 'lush' to a whole new level, with views including the blossoming gardens, the mountain and the ocean. The air-conditioned beach hotel includes 529 rooms over 4 floors, of which 256 are suites in the concierge suite centre in the Great House (manor). The lobby includes a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange and a lift. The resort also features a nightclub, an auditorium, restaurants, meeting facilities with A/V equipment and Internet access/WLAN. Room and laundry services are also available along with car parking for those arriving by car. All the rooms and suites include an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, cable TV, a radio alarm and a hire safe. In addition, there is individual air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a king-size bed, ironing set and a coffee machine. The Concierge rooms additionally offer a four-poster bed, a minibar and a fridge, as well as a CD player and bathrobes. Best holiday, food drinks and entertainment was amazing, big shout out to Patrice from entertainment, made my partners day very entertaining with volleyball etc, so helpful and full of advise she was our go to if we needed any information and kept us entertained during the day at the pool.

Went for our honeymoon—staff made it unforgettable! Patrice, Mikale, Kemar, Daniel, Andrea, Ashain (entertainment) and Demar, Ovlado & Dasha(restaurant)! Loved the shows, pool volleyball & the Rabbit Hole don’t forget the password!

We keep coming back, because of the staff.

This was out 4th trip. We keep coming back. Don’t listen to the whiners. The hill isn’t a problem. The “hop” will shuttle you across the street usually within 5 minutes! Etc. We love the play markers at the pool! Patrice, Kemar, Romario, Daniel. They are all so much fun! tl;dr — we have already booked trip number 5.

Fab honeymoon

Had the best time on our honeymoon! Leaving on Monday and very sad to be going. Beautiful resort with a great atmosphere and everyone so friendly. Patrice from entertainment was brilliant during the poolside activities, getting everyone involved and even helping me find enough shade when it got a bit toasty! Kayann and Shevy are fantastic butlers, and super nice people in to the bargain The food in the French restaurant and in Vista was our favourite, and the pizzas by the pool were yummy! We really enjoyed the evening shows in the amphitheatre (Melissa, Rebecca and Denise, you ladies can SANG!!) and the live band were so good (shout out Jax the Sax) See you again, from not so sunny Scotland!

We’ve had the best time ever celebrating my birthday at Sandals Ochi! The resort is beautiful with tons to do. The food and drinks were fantastic and Mikale and the rest of the poolside entertainment crew was the best!! ❤️🌴 We’ll definitely come back again! 🇯🇲☀️
