Comfortable attractive hotel with friendly helpful staff

Comfortable. Good breakfast with good choice of food. Attractive pool area, unheated pool. Location halfway between old town and seafront, both reached by 92 bus in the next street along. Metro station close by. Reception staff really friendly and helpful. It’s a small but good hotel.

This hotel is a jewel. Very rare does a property look exactly like a picture. Very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Angy helped me from before we got there until we left. They even teach you Spanish. Loved it here and would return.

Amazing Hotel except for Ana

Wow, what a beautiful hotel... super boutique, ultra clean, with big rooms and bathrooms, very stilish, with amazing pools and excellent location. Every area of the hotel is beautiful. You can't ask for more All staff was super friendly, including the manager, but excluding the reception head Ana (this is the only reason why I am not giving a 5 star review) Although the hotel was empty and I specifically requested in my reservation a room in a top floor with a balcony, upon arrival we were assigned a room with no balcony on the ground floor. The receptionist said that a room with my conditions was available for me, but Ana wanted to charge us 50pct extra for it. Not a good gesture, which cost nothing to the hotel and would have made us happy. Fortunately our room was way bigger than the other and was indeed more convenient. But in hotels, good customer service is everything

Great getaway hotel tucked away

We booked a 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool and the breakfast was really good. Perfect getaway hotel. The front desk and concierge were helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great stay in Terrenas

The personnel of the hotel is very helpful and nice. I was traveling with my son and a friend for a bike adventure and the stay was perfect. Good breakfast included, great social areas, big and clean rooms, the decoration is amazing in the building. No complains.
