Best Hotel I have stayed at in Cancun.

Royal Solaris is a wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. They were so helpful and they also have a free show! This place is amazing, I spent 4 hours in the spa with the spa package and received a mani, pedi and massage. Yane was great. The hotel is also VERY clean.

The most important thing I can say about Royal Solaris is the smiling service that you cannot find in every hotel. Hundreds of staff work, everything you want is met, you notice the perfect service in room cleaning, pool and restaurants. Everyone working in this hotel deserves five stars. I would like to thank Allejandra from guest services, Ricardo from restaurants, Bernardo and all the other staff whose names I cannot write here. I think the most obvious difference of this hotel during our 7-day stay was the smiling service. It was great to eat at the restaurants overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the sea. We tried 4 a la carte restaurants. The best tastes were at Marco Polo restaurant. I would also like to thank Chris who welcomed us here. The pools were big enough. There were animation shows at the pool during the day. In the evenings, there were magnificent animation shows at the hotel's theater hall. The food was sufficient and varied. Pizza and hamburgers are made by the pool during the day. It was very delicious. The rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel was generally clean. We spent 7 days at Royal Solaris and were very pleased. In summary, I congratulate this hotel as we did not encounter a single sullen staff and I recommend it to everyone.

Kids Club at Solaris - A great place to take yours kids

The staff at Kids Club Solaris are kind, helpful and are great with kids! My daughter spent over four hours at the water park and in the club house. The water park is perfect for toddlers with very shallow water and the clubhouse is air conditioned with games and the staff have activities planned throughout the day. A must if you are travelling to Cancun with kids!

The Greatest Experience

As someone who travels a lot for work I can say that this is by far the best hotel / resort you can stay in Cancun. I went for a week with my parents for my mother's anniversary and i was absolutely impressed. From the beginning we were greeted by lots of smiles and support. Geranimo was a big help during the whole stay and gave amazing recommendations. We were also extremely well taken care of every time we step foot in the buffet. We had the opportunity to have Angel Chan help us every night and i couldn't have asked for a better person than him. We also had Cruz and Miguel that made sure to elevate our experience at dinner. We had such an amazing experience when we would go there at night. We went during my mother's birthday and I was very pleased by how well they treated us and made sure that my mother felt like a special guest. I can't also forget how Aldo went beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. During the day, we spent a lot time by the pool and by the ocean and was extremely pleasant with a lot of options and activities. I was, once again, treated so well by Herlinda at the Pizzallisima who made me a pizza, at my request, without cheese as i couldn't have any. This was made with a lot of charm and laughter that made me want to return during my stay. My stepdad also took the 'birthday package' for my mother and Letty made everything so well with the decorations, champagne and cake (which was delicious). During the night, we made sure to stop by the lobby for some drinks and we were mesmerize every time the Speranto group was playing. The staff at the bar was very friendly as well. I will be sure to recommend this beautiful place to anyone looking for a getaway in Cancun and I know i will be back in the future. Thank you again to everyone.

Karen was very attentive, friendly and professional. Definately will recommend to anyone visiting to take advantage of the spa services. Very clean and relaxing spa with very polite staff. I recommend the 1hr Full body massage . 💆‍♂️ ♡♡♡
