Amazing hotel. Every moment wherever you are in this hotel you realize what a 5 star hotel means. Staff excellent and always willing to help. It was the first time we visited it and we will definitely choose it again. I honestly wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Not a 5 star hotel

This Hotel is a joke. And not a funny one. Pretty on the outside, horrible personality. We booked only room since we where tired of the same breakfast from previous hotels in the area. However, for a so called 5 star hotel you would expect a few things to be included. We had apartmentroom with a coffee machine, but the capsule to make the coffee is only complimetary on the first night. We went to get a coffee at the Terrace and were served the worst coffee I have ever tasted and they Even took 4,5 and 5 euro for it (!) for a machine coffee. Not fun at all. Went to ask for new capsules in my room, but have to order them as room service. The cleaning personnel do a terrible job. One day they left the door open. They do not wipe the floors and I witnessed them washing the cups in the bathroom- who knows what they dry them with 🤮 Don’t expect much from this place. Service is bad. They want to sell you even the air you breath. Greedy hotel, not generous at all, should never have had the 5 star. At the best I would give it a 3, and I have seen better hostels.

Hotel is so out of date, think 1970's. only 2 tea bags in room on arrival and not replenished. You cant help yourself to tea & coffee in restaurant, they control it. Food warm at best! variety good but repetitive. Staff so rude when asking a simple question like when going for lunch to find the dining room closed, we got told to ask the Manager, with arms waving saying she didnt care. Only 1 bar all Inclusive and drinks are wartered down and sugary. the other bars you pay for. 2* hotel at best!!! So many political people there all sat around the pool and felt intimidated and uncomfortable. Such a poor hotel, and staff attitudes don't help. 2 great members, tall chap on AI bar & young chap in the paying restaurant, they were great but they had managers watching them all the time.

The worst 5 star hotel you can book! Never again!!!

We stayed there for a week in July (family of 4 with 2 kids below 5 years old) in the bungalows outside of the main tower where the hotel is. The least I can say is that this is barely a 3 star hotel not a 5 star for sure. Service was below medium, receptionists were very rude , the room itself needed much maintenance (wallpaper torn from walls, ants in the bathroom). To top it all the bathroom was a jacuzzi and we couldn't use it at all since when we tried to start it , water was coming from the bathtub and all the bathroom flooded. One of the days the cleaning lady did not come to clean the room and when we asked for clean sheets for our kids bed from the reception, they said that they did not had access to the warehouse to give us any since it was night time!!!! That was outrageous for a 5 so called star hotel, since we just asked for the sheets and not someone to come and put them on the bed. I requested the Manager the next day to talk to him and he wasn't professional at all (just a sorry and nothing else). We will surely won't stay there again and we will not recommend it to anyone. The only good is the location , nothing else!

Ultra All Inclusive

Brilliant stay after we figured out all the restaurants for ultra all inclusive needed booked daily at the wonderful guest service desk, Breakfast served by the pool was nice and peacefull away from the carnage of the main restaurant all the staff were great. Dinner in the al la carte was amazing 5* food with 5* service special shout out the the manager and all his staff i have forgotten names but were all brilliant every night, 1 nights dinner in the fine dining per stay was a nice touch and service was great aswell. Vip lounge on top floor was a nice setup and brilliant place to watch the sunset in the evening, help yourself to drinks and snacks. Pool bar was great and the 2 boys on were great aswell cocktails always topped up and nice beers in bottles.
