Extremely disappointing experience – not a 5-star hotel by any means. We stayed at Amus Hotel in Rhodes expecting a relaxing vacation at a high-standard hotel, but the reality was far from what was advertised. Check-in took over an hour, with a chaotic and unhelpful front desk. Water pressure in the showers is extremely weak, and in our case, there was no hot water at all on the second day. Room heating does not work, and complaints are repeatedly dismissed with the excuse that it’s “not the tourist season.” Basic services like towel replacements are neglected or require multiple follow-ups. in additon most of out stay the room stank from sewage smell The hotel staff are unresponsive and take no responsibility for the ongoing issues. Speaking to other guests, we found that these problems are widespread and none of us were offered proper solutions. This hotel lacks transparency, professionalism, and basic hospitality. Definitely not worth the price, and certainly not 5 stars
