Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

The pool area is large and on several levels, never felt crowded. There was even a private sandy beach which, together with a covered play area, is perfect for families with children. The area around the hotel is perceived as very hectic and noisy with a lot of traffic, but we didn't pay any notis of this inside the hotel. There was a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Free transport to nearby nice sandy beaches daily.

This is a fantastic hotel, rooms very clean and spacious, hotel staff were fantastic and location was great,plenty of sunbeds round the pool, also get taxi from here which was handy, happy days 😀 breakfast was great lot of variety so something for everyone

Wasnt expecting much as by far the cheapest resort we have stayed at in Thailand. Wow, what a suprise. Grounds and pools are amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was good. Plenty to do around resort. Asked reception for a late checkout. No problem they said 6PM ok. Problem with AC. Someone was there to fix in 5 minutes. My wife has an ankle injury. Would kook behind to see bell boys helping her up stairs. Amazing staff. Pool is great. Only downside is the many stairs. They are only a problem if ur injured as there are lifts in main building. Its just around the grounds and reception.

Disappointing and wouldn't recommend

The receptionist wasn't very welcoming when we arrived, an £80 deposit was requested on arrival for any damage we might create. We were told to wait for a member of staff to take our cases to the room but they never arrived which then resulted in us trying to locate our room in the early hours, lugging our suitcases up and down several flights of stairs after a 7 hour flight. Breakfast felt like a school dinners canteen environment, choice was poor and seating was minimal and very basic, very often lack of cutlery, staff couldn't keep up with clearing the tables. People very often standing around looking for places to sit. Pool looked nice on arrival but limited beds, some of which were in bad condition with holes and stains. Room was nice and spacious but had an awful smell coming from the toilet. Shame the Rawai beach wasn't a sunbathing/swimming beach, more of a harbour than anything Overall not a great experience and wouldn't choose to go back.

Great service and friendly staff. Buffet was on point and all staff members made the stay very pleasant. Thumbs up to Sarah Nuni and Ali for providing great excursions. Will definitely come back.The free travel from hotel to beach was also a great bonus.
