Location was poor for accessing beach & local amenities. First 3 nights our electric went off in fact we arrived late at night and had no electric had to call reception & wait in darkness with 3 small children for a maintenance man to arrive no apology this happened following 2 evenings, we should’ve demanded a change in room as obviously an electrical fault again no apology given. Food is repetitive & not of a good quality, snack bar same every day cheap chicken nuggets, cheap nasty burgers & dried up pizza service was on the whole rude & not friendly/approachable. Entertainment very poor most nights it was a form of acrobatics we were there for 10nights. Sorry Ramada we won’t be recommending children were sick on our last day had to plead to keep our room eldest child couldn’t keep anything down spent most of day vomiting or asleep as very weak. No doctor on site as advertised it was a nurse of some sort who then contacted GP who gives a. telephone call , no compassion

Probably the worst experience

The vacation spent at Ramada with the family was the worst vacation in the last 20 years. We were 5 adults with high expectations from this resort. After check-in, I had the worst experience. My wife, cousin and nephew had the surprise of taking a shower with miserable water, full of rust and dirt. The air conditioning was broken and the condensation flowed in the living room directly onto the table. The cleaning is done only on the surface, otherwise you take the hair and dirt by hand. I urgently called someone from the reception to solve the problem. I changed the apartment, where the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Change with some nerves because it meant repacking the luggage that was already in the closets. I lost a few hours of my vacation due to a major mistake by the hotel staff. We were not the only ones in this situation, practically all the apartments on that side had the same problem. As compensation, they offered evening meals at a la carte restaurants, where honestly the food was worse than at the Swedish buffet, where it was all inclusive. The food is varied but very tailored to the taste of English tourists. Meat only in the form of kofte, adana kebap and fish rather little and badly cooked. The hotel's beach is poorly maintained, the entrance to the water is difficult, many and angular stones, is not a good place for kids. Disappointing for a 4-star hotel that presents itself on all social media channels as the perfect choice for vacation. From our point of view, it was not a perfect vacation.

Good hotel Food is okay , the same food every day in the snack bar, could do with a change . Animation team are good . 98% of the Staff don’t speak any English and all the signage is in Turkish too. Rooms are excellent and mini bar filled with drinks daily.

Brilliant stay

Room was very spacious, lots of balcony space! Beds were comfy and cleaners restocked the fridge with free refreshments every day (coke, Fanta, sprite, etc.) Entertainment was continuous Lots going on in the day At least two acts every night Staff worked very hard We loved sude!!

Very clean hotel Lots of entertainment day/night every day There was plenty of choice for food and the cocktails were lovely! Also a lot of spirits to offer Sude the entertainer was great! I loved the morning yoga and the aqua gym🤣 The staff were really helpful and kind!
