Good hotel.

Nice hotel rooms and facilities. AI food decent and with a good range of choices. Water slides are an added bonus. Hotel owns a section of private beach accessible by shuttle bus. AI included at the beach on a reduced level, but still ok. Beach shoes advised as it’s very rocky for the 1st 40 metres. All good after that. Taxi into town is around £5. Pool very cold a minor drawback. All things considered it’s a decent place. Mini bar stocked daily with soft drinks and water.

Pictures & info on jet 2 are not accurate

We booked this holiday based on the jet 2 information & the pictures. However there are many differences. The photos from “management” are not reflective and sadly the entertainment photos were not reflective either as we didn’t have shows. The season ends 31st October yet daytime and evening entertainment was severely lacking “due to temperature drop” despite it being half term and 18th October and having paid for an all inclusive experience. We spoke with guests who had been to this hotel four times and said in August the entertainment is amazing and they agreed it was poor now. We didn’t get the fire shows, the performances, the dancing. One activity daily either archery or darts. That’s it. We got a DJ or a live singer or bingo at night (and if your rooms near the lobby it’ll feel like it’s in your room!). Kids club was open but not very engaging and the kids were allowed to leave on their own worryingly - luckily we were close by as four year olds leaving alone could have ended badly. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again as we didn’t get what we paid for, The rooms are very spacious and nice, the sea view is lovely, but there’s nothing else to do near the hotel.

Disappointed!

This hotel has to be the loudest that I’ve ever been in. Stuck outside the town there is no post supper stroll to a quiet bar. There is nowhere to sit and chat or play cards in the evening, just a loud bar! Okay for families but not for a group whose primary interest is Ephesus and the like. The group were only half board, and on the last day I was actually charged for a horrible machine coffee, unbelievable. I do realise that Turkey has economic problems, however could decent towels be provided for future guests.

First of all, my room was superior room overlooking the pool with side seaview very big with two balconies, very clean and spacious. Loved it. Fridge filled everyday with soft drinks and water. Room cleaned and fresh towels everyday. Hotel was okay staff and guests I met were very nice friendly and helpful. Food ok but not enough hot food variety. Too many flies even going on the food not good not healthy. Went on daily tours but was not impressed with the beaches except hotel beach was nice with sand and lots of pebbles so wear beach shoes. surrounding area of hotel was nothing to do, so if with children they will be bored unless lots of activities booked to keep them entertained. Lobby bar always had something going on for family but was hit and miss most nights. Overall, I enjoyed but I would not return to this hotel or area again. It's not vibrant or entertaining enough for me and my family!

Lovely hotel

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the pools were great. We went end of September so out of season, but it was still fairly busy. I’d definitely recommend getting the bus to the beach occasionally, we didn’t realise at the time but you had access to free sun beds and free drinks and snacks there! It’s also a bit quieter than round the pools. Food was great, just typical all-inclusive food. Plenty of choice and always something to enjoy! Enough variation and I particularly liked the waffles and pool restaurant during the day. Entertainment was also very good and staff very friendly and most spoke pretty good English. I think it’s important to note that there’s lots of cats EVERYWHERE. This didn’t bother us as they were very sweet but I know some people may not be comfortable with it. The outside bar area is brilliant, however very small and we struggled to get seats on the evening which was a shame, I can only imagine how much of a struggle it is during peak summer holidays!
