Excellent location, friendly staff and super clean

I stayed here for 8 nights in January with my two sons and it was lovely. The studio room was spacious enough for three people and had a dividing door between the two sleeping areas. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was included and was a la carte, which made a nice change from busy buffets. A good range of food to choose from including waffles and pancakes for the kids (and big kids). The rooftop pool is not large but has stunning views and sunsets. The location is perfect, close to garlic lane and loads of restaurants and warungs. Staff were super friendly and even organised a surprise birthday cake to our room. There is a small gym and a laundry with washers and dryers on site (although it was easier and cheaper to use external laundries). Overall, great accommodation for families and would highly recommend.

A great place to stay in legian, amazing facilities for the price and location is right in the middle of everything. The staff were wonderful, would do anything to help and even remembered my name a week after I’d checked out. Would absolutely stay again next time I’m here.

I had an incredible stay at Rama. I stayed solo for 3 nights. The room was quiet, aircon great, bed comfortable, water hot. Daily room cleaning and towel replacement was lovely. Location is perfect- ATM, pharmacy, mini mart and beach all within a 5-minute walk. Restaurants and pubs right next door. The restaurant serves great food and you can order room service. I used the gym, pool and laundry during my stay. The gym is small, but had enough equipment for a decent workout (weights and cardio). The pool view is stunning and you can order drinks and food and eat them at the pool. Laundry was good- small fee to use washer and dryer and free detergent. Top notch service at the front desk- they were able to assist with all my requests and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Our second stay in the past year and already booked again for August. Polite and friendly staff. Great food and drinks. The roof top pool is a great area to relax over looking the ocean. The location is the best in Legian so close to shops, bars and the beach all for an affordable price.

Another great experience staying at the Rama Residence, we’ve stayed here 6 or 7 times over the past few years. Great location, studio rooms are perfect for us two, bed is comfortable and staff are great, nothing is ever to hard for them.. We have tried a few hotels in the area, this is our hotel of choice for what we need.
