Raintree`s Club Regina Cancún

The room desperately needs renovation, old and rundown, not clean! AC not effective at removing moisture, runs continuously and noisy. Bed hard. Room smells. Overpriced. Common areas nice, food at outdoor restaurant good. Beach great!

Excellent resort. Very comfortable, secure, and welcoming. the beach was great. Only issue for us was breakfast and dinner at the resort. we wanted outdoors. Only choice was indoors

We had the most incredible vacation here. The crew and cooks made our every wish come true, with coffees and piñas and meals on the beach. Every whim of ours and beyond was taken care of; lounge chairs brought to the beach, a market for all our needs, incredible food and drinks, beautiful sea and pools, guidance for restaurants and exploring, security and safety and comfort.. I truly could not recommend this place more and we already miss being there so much. It was wonderful. We asked for 1 or 2 beds and were given a 2bed-2bath with a jacuzzi, balcony, kitchen and dining table for our original price. Money-wise, we got much more than our value for the money we spent with rooms, food, etc. throughout the week. Ximena makes the best morning coffee and crepes! We miss her!

This an older resort on the beach of Cancun. It was clean and well kept, but building needs updates. Two pools (smaller in size) but no problem with getting chairs on the beach or around the pool. All within an easy walk on resort. Access to the city bus, is just outside the front for a trip to grocery store or other excursions in Cancun. Has all typical activities (aqua gym, karoke, zumba, card games, bingo and tequila tasting for quests. Enrique and his co-worker are amazing, always making sure to include any one in this family friendly environment. Can't say enough about all the staff. If you have a question or issue, just let them know and it will be taken care of. Workers take pride in giving the best vacation time at the resort. The only reason I gave the room 4/5 was because it has older furnishing, but was very clean. Would stay here again. Really enjoyed our time there.

Really pretty sad. Repairs are marginal Nice staff but really. They charged us $250/US per week for extra fees. Some unexplained taxes and that is ridiculous We have stayed in resorts all over Mexico and NEVER faced this kind of cheap. Believe meI won't return
