To say this is a 5 star hotel is really stretching the imagination.... we had a plunge pool but did not go in it because some of the grout was green, the pool cleaners had to come through the bedroom to clear the leaves and bugs etc. Apparently there are 103 rooms, there must have been 80 sunbeds max and nowhere to sit ! The architects need suing. The kitchen probably measured no more than 4m x 4m, the menu was exactly the same every night except for one main meal.... how much can the chef create with just a grill, hob, oven and microwave ? ( ding meals ). The cooked breakfast was always cold due to the chef spending all his time cooking omelettes and pouched eggs so the guests had something warm to eat, and I can only assume the management have priced the food and drink to persuade the guests to eat elsewhere ! The room was dark but no problem for me, it did seem strange to have the washbasin in the bedroom rather than in the bathroom though ? The staff were always courteous and pleasant. All in all, having spent 5 star holidays all over the world, this is by far my worst experience. I would class it as 3 star at most
