Quiet and relaxing vibe!

This was the perfect place to stay for me - it was quiet and had the private beach which not too many people were on. Beach chairs/hammocks were readily available and I didn’t feel unsafe at any point. All the staff were kind and the receptionist Gabriel helped me order a taxi. Lots of families staying here and wasn’t a party vibe. It was easy to get picked up and dropped off here. I walked down to the main Tulum beach area but would recommend hiring a bike instead. Some nice places for dinner right by here. Clean hotel room with good amenities and free breakfast - loved the pineapple and mango juices. A great stay!

Awesome stay!

Just returned home from a 6 night stay at the wonderful Punta Piedra hotel. The room was more than adequate and the free breakfast was delicious with a choice of pancakes and fruit or an omelette with beans and rice including coffee and juice. Our waiter was Mariano who always greeted us each morning with a smile and excellent service. In the evenings we had the pleasure of dining in the small restaurant by the beach which was also part of the hotel and always excellent service from Thomas. Gabriel at the front desk was always helpful and loved his shirts. Would definitely recommend this place.
