Unprofessional Staff and Worst Bfast

We have stayed here almost three times, but this time was probably our worst experience. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom had a slight odor and was very small. The Wi-Fi was completely useless, and the reception staff were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. The breakfast was very bad and nothing special. The staff were unhelpful and arrogant. Additionally, there was one overweight staff member in a pink uniform who was extremely rude and unprofessional in serving guests. Overall, we were very disappointed. Please note that the staff should be trained to be more professional and not show favoritism towards foreign guests over local ones. Thanks.

We were advised that there was construction happening at the hotel so we were a little unsure of what to expect, however when we arrived the only construction we saw was at the main gate! We had requested a quiet room, and we were very pleased with what we were given. It overlooked the garden and could also see the sea! Room was spacious, perhaps the only item missing was a table in the room!! The breakfast buffet had huge selections to fit everyone's taste buds! The beach was clean as was the ocean, it was great for swimming when the tide was in!! Many different restaurants to choose from. Staff very helpful and polite. I will defiantly recommend this hotel

Great resort in Bali with wonderful staff

Went with my parents here in early September last year. The kind staff were very obliging and assisted my parents with booking my accommodation here last minute (whilst they were already staying there). Throughout our stay there, the staff were nothing but helpful and generous. The accommodation itself is very comfortable, the scenery beautiful, and enjoyed their buffet breakfasts, too. The surrounding area has some good places to eat. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a good beach-side resort in Bali to stay at!

To start the pillows had black hair all over them. Sheets had what looked like faded blood stains on them. The toilet was blocked and a number of power points did not work in my room. NO upgrade or apology offered!! Over crowded and I felt like cattle

Magnificent lush gardens and Hotel grounds with ample choice of restaurants & shops in Resort as well as just a stroll away.Suitable for the entire family from kids to grandpa... Just 20 minutes from the International airport. There is so much activity and things to do in lovely Sanur, the preferred address in Bali.
