This complex is located only a few minutes from the city of Fira and lies perched on cliffs. Built around a Venetian mansion dating back to the 14th century, the hotel lies in the most exclusive area of Santorini and offers panoramic views over the bay of Fira and the surrounding islands. On offer are a total of 14 rooms and a restaurant, and further facilities include a laundry service. The former rooms have been renovated as brand-new suites with unique artistic décor and authentic Cycladic architecture. They are all fitted with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer as standard. In addition, satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection, a minibar, individually adjustable air conditioning, and a hire safe are also included in all accommodation units as standard. Amazing!

Wow! Just amazing. The hotel is fantastic, rooms are great. The views are exceptional! Instead of going to Oia to see the sunset we watched it from our rooms balcony with a bottle of wine and nibbles. Truly wonderful. The steps are a killer but so worth it. The staff are amazing. We looked forward to our nightly routine of drinks at the bar with Billy and Chris. Nightly chats with Tina to go over next days plans and morning chats with Angela on the day ahead. Didn't get the breakfast delivery teams names or the magnificent gentleman who carried our cases up and down the steps but just wonderful. We are already planning our return trip!

A perfect slice of heaven!

It was the most beautiful venue and I would highly recommend Porto Fira Suites if you are looking for that something special, or just a wonderful place to stay. Keep in mind there are quite a few steps to get to the venue (but an amazing porter that carried our bags up and down) but then quite a few steps down to the pool area but worth every step! Also kept us fit with the amazing cocktails we consumed. The hotel looked after us so well and made our stay so special. The view from all the rooms is amazing but if you can get room 16, with the spa on the balcony, you are in for a slice of heaven! Sitting in the spa, or just on your lounge chair, watching the sunset is like nothing else. every picture is instagram worthy. I must commend the staff as they were all so welcoming, friendly and can't do enough for you. From the bar staff, to housekeeping and to reception, they were so helpful and lovely, a true asset to the place. Can't thank them enough and woudl highly recommend to anyone!

Porto Fira has the best view of Santorini! It’s a very classy hotel with impeccable service. They carry your bags for you and serve you a welcome drink at check-in. We had a stunning view from our balcony with private hot tub. The best sunset views that people from all over the island come to see, right from our private suite! Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping too! I highly recommend!

This hotel is absolutely magical! The rooms have the most incrdible views. The staff is fabulous! Angela at the front desk was so very helpful and Billy at the bar was great! The breakfast that came every morning was wonderful! This hotel was probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! There was one catch... It is on the cliff overlooking the caldera ... and the is quite a trekk down the trail to get to the hotel and then depending on where your room is there could be up to 80 or more steps to the room. If you are in good shape it is no big deal but now a place for mobility issues. The staff will help carry your bags down the hotel from the top of the road. I would highly recommend only a carry on bag!
