Location, food, service, guest orientation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve organised a trip to Antalya for me and my family. We all had to travel from different countries, which was difficult in terms of organising our flights and stay. I booked three double bedrooms at first, then we’ve decided to arrive earlier and I had to book another 2 family rooms. Then I had to book another room for my brother , so he doesn’t have to share a room and can enjoy his privacy. I arrived first on the 22d and my family arrived 23d of January. We kinda settled really well in these family rooms and decided to ask maybe it’s possible to stay here until we leave and also we don’t have to check out/ check in for no reason. Long story short, I’ve been asking reception if that’s possible , but I didn’t wanna push for that. In the end of the day, one absolutely amazing gentleman told me that’s not a problem at all.. I asked him if I can use his name on my post. His name is Ugur Sayiner 🤝 I appreciate your professionalism and amazing loyal service, all my family felt welcome at this hotel and enjoyed their stay . Also I would like to thank guest relation team, they did organise a beautiful lunch for my family and my sisters 18th birthday with cakes and candles, decorations etc etc it was very special and this memory will stay with us forever🫶 After that each room received a complimentary fruit platter, nuts, baklava and red wine , that was unexpected and very special. I can’t thank enough Porto Bello Resort &Spa team for this beautiful absolutely amazing holiday! Next time we are planning our trip to Antalya , it’s gonna be only you guys 🙌 Housekeeping, front desk, guest relation team, taxi, chefs and the whole kitchen team, of course service - thank you 🙏

Unfortunately we decided to stay here at Porto Bello Antalya on our honeymoon. This hotel is a mess. Since the time of our check in we faced several issues, the check in itself took half an hour because there was less staff according to the reception. The next day when we took shower the water started overflowing into the tiny washroom they have and it was really a mess over there. I dial the reception to complain about it and my call was transferred to guest relation who were supposed to solve this issue but no one picked up the call so I called them again and my call was literally cut which made me really angry and I went down to the guest relation to complain about the issue and after going there twice my issue was finally solved after one and an half hour which I wasn’t expecting because this is a 5 star resort. Anyways while we were going out I put clean up my room sign on and also informed at the reception to clean my room but surprisingly when we were back at the hotel after 6 hours the room wasn’t cleaned at all for which again I complained and asked to change my room which they did but here’s the twist because in the room the washroom lock wasn’t working and also there was some strange sound from the washroom which they resolved but the thing is you don’t usually these type of mistakes from a 5 star resort. So about their food which was almost the same everyday like I have stayed in other resorts in Antalya but the menu was different everyday there which wasn’t the case over here. Lastly their room service is also really really slow. I am never coming back here again totally waste of money.

Hi Guy’s just want to share my experience at the Porto Bello Hotel & Spa, which was absolutely fantastic and this was due to my experience with Porto Bello Hotel staff and in particular Dilek Bayram who was like a none existing shadow who would always be their when I needed her, she didn’t just solve my query or problem she went above & beyond to make sure I was absolutely happy, I would absolutely recommend this Hotel to any one who is thinking of coming to Antalya Turkey you will not be disappointed at all.

A REAL raw review, that has been complained about which this degenerate hotel and its very corrupt staff members are failing to take accountability for. Not logging serious complaints and lying to holiday providers to cover up the lies. Legal route now taken!! Pervert staff members and guests. I do not know where to start. Holiday from literal HELL, I honestly and truly in all my years of travelling have never ever experienced anything like this in my life. First of all We arrived Saturday 4th January, check in process was quick Member of staff who helped was polite, no bellboy to help with cases didn’t really think much of it really however the problems started when we got into the room. The WiFi didnt work on both of our phones we logged in correctly with all the right information however it didnt work, we reported the problem to reception using the phone in the room as I was also reporting the television as we couldn’t change the language to English. Reception said they would send someone up on the Saturday evening, nobody did. I had to go down to guest relations on Sunday morning to express my issues. When we returned from breakfast the technician was already in the room ( let himself in ) even though our sign was on DND Which we were later told was ‘ forbidden ‘ as another incident occurred where we needed another technician to come to our room but didn’t knock as the DND sign was on so very contrary. I could’ve been in my towel or in the shower when a stranger is letting himself in!? These problems with the WiFi persisted for 3 days Leaving us without WiFi, in a supposed 5 star hotel? Incurring 20 pound charges by my provider as I had to use my data to keep in contact with my family. After 3 days on Monday the WiFi was fixed after being fobbed off as they said there was ‘ no issue ‘ however the router had to be changed. The food wow I genuinely have no words I was mortified at how bad it was, mere choice. Whilst we understand all countries have different foods there was nothing that we liked atall and nothing that we would deem edible and therefore didn’t the all inclusive food and for the amount of money we have both paid it’s unacceptable and unfair drinks are watered down pepsi. Breakfast choice is awful and so is the remaining food for the rest of the day, we’ve paid for all Inclusive and had to eat out everyday costing around 500 euro extra ontop of the holiday charge. On 2 occasions the chicken was RAW. And we both experienced vomiting and bad stomachs. The staff are awfully rude. Barely any British guests all Russian who stare blankly through your soul up and down laughing and joking in their own language. My partner went to ask for fresh orange juice and even tho we had all inclusive bands we was told it was extra to pay?? We had to move 3 times from room to room here is an EXTENSIVE list of issues. Room 1. Seal was broken on shower door, resulted in the bathroom flooding everytime the shower was used which became a slip hazard. Broken mirror, cracks in the bathroom absolutely awful The AC didnt work and hot air just circulated the room. Room 2. Entered the room at half 10 at night after complaining, moved to the opposite tower walked in dirty used ear buds on the floor, the balcony door didn’t work atall wouldn’t shut or open and worst of all the balcony light didn’t work. As you can imagine 6 floors up when your furniture is level to your balcony going outside at night in the dark is a severe hazard what would happen if you fell over the balcony? Not to mention the noise keeping us awake till 5am Room 3. After several complaints and I mean SEVERAL. We were moved into our 3rd room, upon entering The room we had 2 bath robes as a ‘ sorry ‘ which wouldve costed extra to HIRE. Later to find out the plug next to the bed doesn’t work??? I shouldn’t have to assume these things don’t work In a 5 star hotel. At this point we were 5 days into our holiday and began to get fed up of complaining when nothing was being resolved, we spoke with guest relations MERT who was very friendly and the only kind member of staff apart from the cleaners who don’t even speak English but still made the effort to say hello! And a shopkeeper who owns a store inside the hotel so so friendly. My issues really started when I had a animation team member try to come onto me in a sexual manner me and my partner are in a lesbian relationship however we are respectful to the countries we travel to and their beliefs and don’t refer to each other as though we are in a relationship when we are in specific countries. We were sat in the hotel lobby and HAKIM the staff member come over to me and my partner and made indecent comments towards me asking if I had a boyfriend to which I replied yes and he proceeded to say to me ‘ be my girlfriend from 11.30 u till 2.30 am ‘ in the club: after I told him no several times he looked at me in a very uncomfortable manner. I later made a complaint to the big manager of the hotel who assured me he had been dealt with and sacked which was a LIE. Being lied to by someone who is meant to make you feel safe and welcome is absurd. As the last day of our holiday we went down to enjoy the entertainment and he is amongst the guests doing his job? I am disgusted and I can only imagine how this situation could affect other girls or young children. As we was told it’s not the first time he has done something like this. Another issue. Guests, I am a very quiet person I am not provocative in ANYWAY however one guest decided to take it upon himself to constantly harras me coming up to me in the restaurant with his phone on google translate speaking to me, tapping me on my back. Trying to take my phone out of my hand to get me to dance with him. On our last day we was down in the inside pool and this man was fully dressed kept staring at us. Later returning to us in the pool in his BOXER shorts no swimming shorts I said to my partner do not feel comfortable and suggested we move to the Turkish bath as soon as I said this he went straight inside. I have never felt so unsafe as a young girl in a different country or hotel as what I have here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This has been logged with my holiday provider also as it is absolutely disgusting and I do believe everyone should be made aware. I am now back in England after what felt like a year suffering severe anxiety and having panic attacks at the hotel and the worst one in the airport on my way home because of the stress I have endured I feel like I have been completely disrespected and it’s made me feel dirty if I’m being honest. I’m now having to go to my doctors on Monday to be seen to as I feel as though this has made my anxiety even worse This hotel is coming up with every excuse to try to cover up what has happened an inconsistent story and nothing but LIES. This hotel was reccomended to us due to the nature of the visit however I strongly advise you DO NOT stay here.

İ was seven days in the hotel, the cleanliness is good. The entertainment department is very good. Dj at night is great. Hakim is helpful and always smiley. The food is very good and has a lot of options. The beach is very close and nice. Bus stop Is close.
