This large, family-friendly complex enjoys a superb location above the coast on a rocky promontory, just 7 kilometres from the centre of Kusadasi, a resort town on Turkey's Aegean coast. Public transport and taxis run close to the hotel providing easy access to the resort centre as well as to nearby local tourist attractions as Ephesus, located just a 10-minute drive and the House of the Virgin Mary. This luxurious complex includes a wide range of guest rooms featuring land or sea views and a choice of bungalow-style buildings. Sports lovers will find a host of water activities, such as surfing, diving and water skiing. While the little ones are having the time of their lives in the water park, the parents can enjoy a moment of calm in the comfortable guest rooms. Important note: Between 02.12.2019 and 15.12.2019, the indoor pool will be temporarily unavailable due to the renovation of our indoor pool. In addition, our facility has an outdoor heated pool. With this feature, it has the distinction of being the first in Kuşadası.

Gorgeous resort - beware the upset stomachs

Just returned from 12 nights at the pine bay - family of 5 and had a bungalow. We were concerned about the number of negative reviews before we went …… The hotel has a great position (it is VERY hilly), the majority of staff work really hard to keep the resort clean and tidy. Our room was great - we had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - cleaned daily. We went about 8.30 each day and got sun-beds and its a great time to have a walk round the resort. My husband and one son went to the gym but its not air conditioned so not ideal. The food is generally good in the main restaurant, bit monotonous and getting a table is tricky but we were there in the middle of August. The a la carte restaurants are good - we went to the fish, the Italian, the Greek and the Mexican, we also paid extra for the steak restaurant. Overall the holiday was good, however, like many other people, 3 out of the 5 of us had a very upset stomach - we think it was either down to the salad or the ice in drinks as the other 2 were fine and this was the only difference. There’s no chemist nearby, we went to see the on site doctor who just said to take tablets and we told guest services. I took 2 boxes of diarrhoea tablets but we had to go to Kudasai to get more supplies - so go prepared. We also benefited from beach shoes as it is shingly/ rocky beach. We also went to the spa on our last night and had the most amazing treatments ( coffee and foam) and a massage - highly recommend this Overall it was a good holiday, but the upset stomachs took the edge off it- hence 3 stars

all seven in our family developed food poison, requires better trained staff etc.poor response from reception and management staff,their was other holidaypeople we spoke to with the same health problems.spoilt our holiday.not many cleaning stations or hand sanatisers around bars,toiilets or restaurants.needs to be looked at urgently.

We are a family of 5, with children aged 11, 12 and 13. The holiday was great with something for everyone. Water park, beach, water sports and choice of swimming pools. Bungalow was great and cleaning service was excellent. Our room was always clean and well stocked fridge. The whole resort was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and service great. The food choice was amazing, access to food ans drinks around the clock. Its a very hilly resort so if you have any walking difficulties it many not be a good choice. We would recommend and will definately be back.

It was not what I expect

I have been there for 9 days with my friend. Male staff was rude and approached us to give us telephone numbers and offers to take us out on their day off . To me it’s unprofessional behavior as I feel harassed by male staff and no respect. Staff stopped me and asked me who I was dancing last night and why I danced with a guy. A guy and a girl at bake potato was working without gloves and his finger was half way dow the potato which he was buttering when I asked plz wear gloves he shows me his finger is cut and he is warm to wear gloves … I explained his blood from his finger was already on the food … then he threw it in bin wear gloves aggressively and make another baked potato. Staff on the beach was so cheeky and asking for date and become our boyfriend!!! Waitress and towel mans😕 entertainment was more for kids not adults . Food was not great as no body in kitchen was not wearing gloves except fruit cutter and icecream …. Rest of staff touch the breads and food with bare hands 🧐 I have been sick 3 times cause I’m sensitive to hygiene. Overall I will never come back there

Love the Bay

Second visit to Pine Bay and the facilities are excellent as ever. The rooms have been updated along with the buffet restaurant making the experience even more enjoyable. The Entertainment team are brilliant and the dancing gorilla is something you have to see. There’s something to do for all ages and they are great getting everyone involved. The food selection is spot on there’s something for everyone, the smaller Al a carte restaurants are lovely with our favourite being the fish restaurant down the bottom of the beach. All the staff are polite and helpful and immaculately turned out. Can’t wait to come back again

There are 620 rooms meeting all our guests' expectations. There are 320 rooms, including 9 suites and 2 royal suites in the hotel block, and 300 club rooms surrounded by greenery and views to the Aegean Sea. Air conditioning, telephone with outside line, minibar, satellite TV, safe and hairdryer in the rooms.• Day long unlimited entertainment in our aquapark. The only turbulence slide in Turkey – altogether 5 slides.• There are 4 children’s pools, of which 1 is in the main building and 3 is in the Mini Club area, and 3 adult pools of which 1 is indoor and 2 outdoor.• The main hotel restaurant has a capacity of 1.200 covers, while we have 2 indoor restaurants with capacities of 300 and 500 covers. Snack services are available in the Coastal, Marina, and Peninsula areas during daytime hours, and a la carte services in the Marine Restaurant and Panorama Restaurant are provided during the evening.
