A room with a view

Amazing location. Amazing views of the sea. Amazing private beach. Amazing service. Everything about the hotel is an unforgettable experience. It is very close to beautiful gardens and the bazar which is full of pubs and restaurants and souvenir shops. The Lanthe serves authentic Mediterranean food. Staff at the reception were very warm and welcoming. A special mention of a relationship manager Ask. She took great care of us throughout our stay.

This hotel is a gem; absolutely wonderful location with a walking distance to the old town. The beach is phenomenal and perfectly nested in pristine waters and wonderful views. The rooms have wonderful panoramic seabird and are clean, modern, spacious and sleek with large walk-in showers. The staff are wonderful, helpful and always smiling. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant (Lanthe); it lived up to its rating and the food variety is great and absolutely delicious. Will be back

The whole concept of a small quiet hotel is ruined by the fact that there is constant loud music being played in both beach and restaurant. Despite several requests, the employees would not turn it down. The quality of beverages has gone significantly down, particularly coffee.

A boutique hotel with only 16 rooms. we booked it because of its private sea. They have very good sun bathing deck, It was a memorable experience to swim in the sea. Breakfast was very limited for vegetairans, enjoyed the fruits and dry fruits only. No steam, sauna and hamam facility. Overall we feel this was overpriced and overrated place

Superb Holiday

Despite some negative reviews I cannot fault Perge Hotel. We were greeted on arrival and taken to our room. The room (306) was lovely and quiet. It was not a sea view. The balcony was immediately above the front door and captured the early evening sun. The room was cleaned daily with toiletries and fresh bortled water provided. Breakfast was a feast of choice. Fresh fruit, boiled eggs, yoghurt, bread, coffee and much more etc. And well presented. The 'beach' platform is super with excellent loungers and parasols and with direct access to the sea. (It is open to public for a fee and can be busy). There is bar and food available on the platform. A wee bit pricey but good. The Old Walled Town is a 5min walk away. It has hundreds of cafe bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. Our favourites were Karaf Bistro and Mandjie Gastro. Macha Bar on the main strip is a good bar for drinks only. The staff at Perge were more than helpful and were courteous and polite. To summarise it was a wonderful weeks holiday of many hours reading and swimming on the beach platform and eating out and walking the Old Town in the evening. You will not be disappointed at Perge. We loved our time there.
