Hotel itself is nice. Typical for a 4 star hotel Nice pool Very very good location - very close to the beach and close by restaurants etc. is literally beach front. Pool is nice Rooms nice and clean Food is OK. if you have any allergen requirements the staff do NOT cater for this and are not aware of gluten free. There is vegetarian food but not the best

Stayed here twice, coming and going through Bali. I think it’s excellent for this purpose, not sure I would want a week here though. Staff are v friendly, pool is big and a good temperature. Breakfast is fine, but not an amazing choice. There are plenty of restaurants to eat out. WARNING be v careful when you change money on the street, I got ripped off twice and at least on the second time I was REALLY concentrating, they are masters at it and because there are such big numbers involved it is easy to get done over!

I highly recommend Pelangi resort with a beautiful. View ofbeach and pool at breakfast, lunch & dinner The bed & pillow are comfortable. The staff are very attentive. The frangipami in garden are wonderful so walking around @ night the scent is lovely. There is a small gym The pool has a swim up bar so you can order your favourite cocktail I will stay again in April when you can watch an AFL match at night on ABC-TV. On Friday the outside oaths and garden are fumigated for mosquitos so there is a moving noise for half an hour but so worth it!! There is a Balinese night every third Wednesday wuth a lovely performance by dancers Such a very interesting and pleasant stay at Pelangi which means 'rainbow'!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, the room was very spacious and nice decor, it looked quite clean on arrival but the tiled floor hadn’t seen a mop for a long time and it was really dirty ( my feet were black !) I asked the room attendants would they mop it which they did immediately. Apart from that It was fine, bed comfy, decent shower room, water delivered everyday day, the breakfast was good, enough choice for everyone and an egg station to order eggs whichever way you want them! Good sized pool, very comfy sun beds. The only downside was the place was looking tired in a few places, to get from the pool to the beach you have to cross a little road which is like a scooter racetrack! and the beach had a huge problem with rubbish being washed up onto it! I walked 2 miles down the beach (one way and then the other way) and it was the same all along really, some of the beach bars cleaned it up around their bars but apart from that there was no real urgency to remove all the rubbish and the plastic from the beach, we stayed here for a week and the rubbish was never removed . There were also “little rivers” every now and then along this beach from inland that absolutely stunk to high heaven !! People said they were open sewers going into the sea! Hence I never even stuck my toe in the sea! Sadly, Because of the beach issue, I will not be returning to Bali

Lovely hotel a stones throw from the beach. Stayed here for a week travelling with my sister, the staff are lovely, they made me feel like royalty when we arrived giving us a cold cloth and a guava drink as it was very hot. The rooms are lovely, beds are huge. We had a fridge and kettle provided and toiletries. We were given tea, coffee and milk and sugar. 4 bottles of water were provided and replenished every day as well as fresh towels and bedding. The cleaners left us towel animals and flowers every day and were lovely. The swim up pool bar was nice and there was a nightly list of entertainment and shows. Food was pleasant, beach came alive every night.
